Worst place
I dont know if I’m the wrong skin tone or what but this place has the worst service. I’ve had my tbss transmission build 5x by these guys and it’s breaks again for the 6th time and still under warranty but I refuse to return. Too make things even worse they built my transmission in my 96 and now I’m having issues with that transmission. Learn from my nightmare DO NOT GO HERE

Reversed from my driveway, & put in drive, nothing happened.looked up to see 5 quarts trans/fluid on the ground.called extreme towing that hydra-magic suggested.expected the worst. I was planning on leaving the vehicle, but steve suggested I wait while they check it out, it might be " something minor". I hadn't"t made an appointment.soon I was told i'll be able to drive it home shortly.a hose had come loose.the work was many hundreds less than I anticipated.the moment I met steve I knew he was a good soul.pls excuse the long story, but this shop is outstanding.j. I live in Oregon, while my Niece and her husband were borrowing my truck for a camping trip the transmission failed. They were in another state very far from home. One of the scenarios everyone dreads, my car is out of state broken and needs major repairs. Not to worry if you are in the Santa Rosa area! Santa Rosa Hydramatic to the rescue! Great communication and great service. They went out of their way to get the truck fixed and back on the road. Saving me from a 700 mile tow bill to get the truck home.

Had my truck transmission service done here. Reasonably priced, and was finished on time. Only down side is there's hardly any parking and very busy streets. Didn't like that my truck was parked partuallt on a busy street and partially on the sidewalk when the service was complete.

Experienced, fair with repair and parts costs and on schedule. They are very respective and interested in your repair needs.

Fastest turn around ever. Got my work truck up and back to work for me in a week. Flat. Just like that. Love these guys. Got my transmission completely replaced and a few extras thrown in on good faith. Just because my truck needed it and they already had her in there. Family owned and operated. Extremely friendly and competent, reasonably priced. I would recommend Santa Rosa Hydramatic to anyone who needs transmission work.
