2 I was initially very happy with my visit because everyone was kind, but then they told me that I had 8 cavities which shocked me because I take good care of my teeth. I started asking questions about how bad the cavities were and wanted to know exactly which teeth by looking at the mirror, but they were avoiding answering my questions and just insisted that I need to get all of them done. I was also skeptical of the price of the crown suggested. So, I took their x-rays and got a second opinion, and turns out I only have TWO cavities, not 8! And that they're so minor! I still needed to get a crown for a previous root canal I've done, and I was able to get a reasonable price. This office's price was too cheap and made me skeptical of the quality which ended up being true when I checked with other people I know who has worked as hygienists.
Do not go to this place! They will rip you off!
The worst customer service, they dont even have any emphaty for their patients. They will try to get every single penny they can from you. Beware, there are many other great choices around town. When Jess was there, everything was perfect.
