What a delight to find Santillan Jewelers in Rocklin! Such a lovely store with exquisite jewelry. I took my husband’s ring in to be repaired, and the workmanship was outstanding! I was helped by Marty Santillan, the owner, who was very friendly and professional. Thank you Marty, I’ll be back!

Marty was amazingly helpful, cutting off my wedding ring after a fall and finger swelling. He was terrific, and has an outstanding store. We look forward to purchasing a replacement ring, as well as some additional jewelry for my wife. I highly recommend them!

I was looking for a jeweler to have my rings fixed up. They needed the settings repaired and I had one resized. They did beautiful work.

They resized my wedding rings; honest and upfront with their pricing, which was incredibly reasonable. Estimated a turnaround time of 2 weeks and finished within one week. Did an incredible job and couldn’t be happier!

Had my wedding ring fixed. Was actually my grandfather’s ring that was given to me when he passed so this piece means a lot to me. Lost a few diamonds and needed others reset. Picked it up after a week and it looked brand new. Diamonds replaced the gold band was polished…. Perfection! I was charged a fair price to get everything restored and looking beautiful. I wouldn’t think twice to buy or get my jewelry repaired here at Santillan Jewelers.

My wife and I took two rings to Marty to have them resized. Marty told us there was a risk of cracking the stones but he would do the work. When we picked them up he handed us the rings in a bag. We took them home and left on a two week business trip. Upon returning home we inspected the rings and found one of them had a cracked stone and the other was loose in the setting. We looked at the receipt from him and saw in fine print that he had noticed the crack, however he did not disclose that information when we picked up the rings. When we returned to the store he blamed it on us saying the stone was cracked beforehand and that he told us that when we dropped them off. He then said that he had inspected the rings under a microscope and they had no cracks when we picked them up. Two different stories both blaming us. He gave us some story about how temperature changes cause stones to crack. And that we must have cracked the ring and were trying to “scam” him. However he took the rings and offered to replace the cracked stone and reset the other. When we picked them up he claimed he could not find a replacement stone for the cracked one and upon inspection the reset stone was crooked and had glue on the surface. He then became argumentative and wouldn’t listen to reason.

This man is a crook and a pier. Beware of doing business with him he will rip you off!

I brought my antique engagement ring to Santillan Jewelers after the diamond fell out of the setting. Recommendations for how to fix the ring were very thoughtfully made and I was given an explanation for those recommendations, which I appreciated. My ring turned out beautifully and the new setting is strong and secure.
