Santos Ford reviews
9Mike Santos and his son made the buying process really easy and fun for my Wife and I, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting to buy new or used!
Santos Ford has treated me and my friends with the utmost professional and care. I have nothing but great things to say about our local dealership!

$5500 later and no answers to codes or overheating said we drive it no problem. Pick n pull got car could no longer deal with stress about 6k down the toilet. Go to Steven’s in Chowchilla
2017 f350 owner. Had a bunch of warning lights and put my own scanner on it an got a communication error between modules. Since I don't have diagrams that dealer has I took to Santos. $155 for then to diagnose. They first tell me I have battery failure, I know my batteries were ok but approved replacement. After the first $575 my new estimate to find and repair was $350, was told that they were close to finding problem so ok, I need truck fixed, fix it. 2 days later I get call truck is finished. My new bill is $1900 plus the $575 I already spent. Almost $2500 to find a wire that was broken that connects the modules. Material for repair was less than $20, the rest was labor. Repair consisted of splicing the wire. Will never go there again, cost way over estimate, should never cost that much. Over $1800 to find 1 broken wire on truck when they have all the diagram and diagnostic equipment.
Picked up our vehicle after having it service and the inside of the car was filthy, steering wheel, shifter, etc.
How hard is it to change gloves for clean ones?
Scammers in the service department and scammers on the sales floor. Will sell you warranties they won’t honor and will charge you for repairs they won’t do. Avoid at all costs
Nice showroom with vintage Broncos. Not very much in stock for purchase (just like the others out there) but we found a gem and got a nice deal. They worked hard to accommodate our requests, so good job Santos Ford.
They had my vehicle for about a month. Every time I called to speak with service department I wouldn’t get no one. I had to drive in person to find out the status of the truck. I finally got my vehicle back and was told a service advisor would be calling me back soon, it’s been about week now and no call. Poor customer service.
Mike and Jeff in the service department really did a great job trying to get the cruise control working in my van. I had seen it done on YouTube and they tried to make it work in the real world, which is more than another dealership was willing to do. When it didn’t work Jeff jumped up and ran to service to see if there was anything that could be done. I’m so used to people just saying “it’s not our problem” and that’s that. Jeff’s professionalism and great customer service helped me deal with my financial loss and disappointment. He was also very honest with me about the situation and what the next steps would be. Brian in service was also very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the install to me. Thanks again!
