1Unfortunately I didn't even get as far as scheduling an appointment. I filled out their online "new appointment" form, and received a call back from someone on their staff. After taking down some basic information they transferred me to someone else who then transferred me to yet another person. I was on hold for a good 10 minutes before this new person answered. I told them I wanted to make an appointment and they very rudely said "OK well I'm with a patient. " Then I abruptly got placed on hold again. After another 10 minutes of being on hold gave up. I don't know who I was talking to but man, they need to work on their manners! Also, they made it sound as if I had been the one to call them and had interrupted them on purpose. They called me!
