Had an absolutely terrible experience. My sister and I both came home crying. Sara did both of our hairs. I had my hair below my waist and ask for an inch off and now I have it shoulder length. My sister went in to get a money piece and it was left orange, yellow and brown. This is what what’s left after I toned her and put in purple shampoo. Sara also came off as very arrogant and kept telling me that my hair seemed so much longer? Like girl what? I never leave reviews but I’ve never been this disappointed
