Saratoga Library reviews
13Very good library to hang out and do studying there's plenty of seating atmospheres quite quiet there is a drink machine and snack machine on site as well they have a great selection of audio books that I've never seen before and other libraries they have a teen zone they have a child zone and a few quiet zones for adults who just want to read
Beautiful, comfortable, and well stocked. I agree with prior review that the staff needs to be more understanding and nicer, friendly.
Three months ago, I wanted to change a new card (same account with previous) and gave her my ID, but she asked for another proof of address. I couldn’t find it anywhere in the car, so I had to ask my family member to take an electricity PG&E bill, which took more than half an hour to change a card. (I remember that in another libraries I just changed a card, which was newer than my original one, and the account number was still my original account number, no additional proof of address was needed.)
Today I returned the book and show her my library card, but she asked me to show my ID, I said I do not like to come back my car again. They look like officers, not services. Abusing someone to show ID is not a normal procedure.
Wonderful quiet and spacious library. Has play stations to keep babies and toddlers engaged
A library with a large collection of books, videos, and games. There are different quiet rooms for various age groups and functions. Friendly and helpful staff.
Quiet and not many people. It's easy to find the book I want. There is a large free parking lot.
Saratoga Library is a lovely library with lots of light and plenty of comfy places to sit and enjoy a book.
25¢ books! Wonderful library, friendly employees and very clean. We just bought a bag of books for $5
My favorite library, in all of San Jose. Lots of places to sit and study. Quiet and peaceful. A sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Beautiful, comfortable, and well stocked. I agree with prior review that the staff needs to be more understanding and nicer, especially the senior reference librarian. The most senior reference (blond haired) reference librarian is nice though.
Gorgeous library. Expansive collection, very nicely organised! Children and teen books are separate. Helpful and friendly staff Beautiful outside and inside views. A treat for all the senses.
Great place to study and work. Busy during the weekend but good. If you want calm go in the weekdays! Close to downtown and the coffee places. Historical and nice. Not far from the highway. Nice and calm. Highly recommend
Very good library with lots of multimedia (movies, games, music) and books for people of all ages. Staff is always friendly, and there's plenty of parking.
Probably the best library facility in Santa Clara. Clean, well stocked and generally helpful staff.
