After reading reviews online for menswear stores and seeing the very high rating for Sarrtori, I admit I was skeptical. However, Fredy personally ensured I felt taken care of and my needs were met. Fredy is an incredible person and astonishingly knowledgeable expert in the high-end menswear world. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and cannot recommend this store enough.

I have had an amazing experience with Sarrtori so far. First of all, the store owner, Fredy, is engaging and personable, making you feel like a friend and VIP. Fortunately, he is quite passionate about fashion and is great at his craft. I got a suit for my engagement shoot, and he worked with me to get the right look and finish it in time. I sometimes have a hard time getting clothes that fit well, but his suit has a nice silhouette without being constrictive or having the lapel pop out.

The store also has a nice selection of lesser known labels worth browsing through.

I was struggling to find a suit that fit me well and was in a color that I wanted for my wedding, and then I found Sarrtori. I am beyond pleased with the results. I ordered a custom 3-piece suit along with one of his specially sized white shirts and I have never owned any outfit in my life that fit me so perfectly or felt so nice. He named my size perfectly just by looking at me within the first 5 minutes of walking into the store (and I have a long history of being sized incorrectly by salespeople). The quality is amazing and the service was excellent. Also it was incredibly comfortable. If I could reasonably wear clothing this nice every day I absolute would. I would definitely shop here again and recommend it to anyone looking for high quality apparel with excellent craftsmanship.

Some notes:
-The time frame for delivery for my custom suit was very reasonable, but still took a few months. Fredy has many available options that are not fully customized, but pre-designed to fit many different body types beyond the standard shelf sizing and will be able to accommodate you on a short time frame in many circumstances. But don't expect a specially designed suit available in only a few weeks.
-Considering the quality, the price was very reasonable, but this is not a discount store. You will pay less for the same quality or better than you might get at another high-end shop, but do not expect cheap.
-Fredy basically runs most things himself. He is amazing, gives excellent advice, and works extremely hard to make your experience special, but he is only one person. Best to call ahead of time and plan a time to see him if possible.

My future husband recently purchased his suit for our wedding here and we had a phenomenal experience. Fredy is exceptionally skilled in what he does and really trys to make sure you leave looking your best. He was able to accurately determine measurements with a few pieces of information over the phone. Fredy is a great conversationalist and accomodating to those with busy schedules, which we appreciated. The wedding suit also arrived one week early and we were both extremely pleased with the fit and the style.
