Sarton Physical Therapy reviews
9I'm so grateful for Sarton Physical Therapy! Their staff is exceptional, welcoming, and so knowledgable. My symptoms were significantly improved in just 12 visits and I would recommend this group to anyone searching for pelvic PT help. Also, their Instagram is a fantastic resources so I'd check that out too!
Alexa helped so much! Six weeks of therapy gave me back my intimate pleasure without pain. I couldn’t recommend Sarton Pelvic floor PT more.
I was in serious pain from gardening yesterday. I was so happy I was already scheduled for PT today. Wasn't sure if it was sciatic but Alexa ruled that out quickly and reset my SI joint and I left Sarton PT in great shape. Alexa you're amazing and thank you.
1st experience here with thorough explanation of pelvic anatomy & how pelvic muscles work. Very gentle & compassionate. Referring my friend here.
If you have pelvic issues female or male, this is the place to receive healing. The moment I walked into Sarton Physical Therapy, many of my fears went away. Others doctors outside of Sarton Physical Therapy wrote me off by telling me not to stress. However, they stop treating me. My pain would get the best of me. After meeting Dr. Sarton and her team of experts, my spirits were up and hope for healing came into the picture. As of now, my tailbone pain, and genital pain is gone. I currently am able to use the restroom the normal amount of time with ease, and am pain free when I do so. I was always in a safe and comfortable environment with Sarton Physical Therapy. The front desk is caring and friendly as well. The Sarton Physical Therapy Team taught me about my anatomy in ways I can understand. I became aware of my pelvic floor and eventually was able to relax it. They showed me exercises and other wholistic approaches that guided me through my healing. Not once did they give up on me. Step by Step they got to the bottom cause of my pain by assessing my whole body and lifestyle (food, posture, history). I'm feeling better thanks to Dr. Julie Sarton and her wonderful team of pelvic experts. I am forever grateful.
I have been receiving treatment from Alexa at Sarton since December and have seen a dramatic improvement with my problems. It has been an educational experience that has greatly changed the quality of my life
Sarton Physical Therapy is by far the best pelvic physical therapy practice I have ever been to. When I first started back in November, I came there being in a lot of pain and feeling very frustrated. I had been attending another pelvic physical therapy practice for 6 months and nothing had gotten better. However, as soon as I came to Sarton and met with Alexa, I immediately knew how educated she and the practice were in dealing with pelvic floor issues, which unfortunately I’ve found not as many practitioners truly understand.
Alexa quickly realized how to treat me without causing a flare up, which was incredible to me given my previous experiences. This allowed me to heal and allowed my brain and therefore my body to relax. Alexa has so many different methods she uses to treat me, and I’m so wowed at how they work. I highly recommend Alexa to anyone!
I’ve also been seeing Meghan, who does visceral work on my stomach that has significantly helped my digestion! Her work has been so helpful and significant to my every day life, and I’m so grateful.
I’m also thankful that they have a Pilates instructor, Kendel, who figures out which of your muscles have not been working and which have been compensating and paying the price. I did not realize I needed Pilates at all and just how much help my muscles needed and were part of the problem when it came to my pelvis. I’m so impressed that Sarton offers this option to its clients, and I’m so thankful for Kendel helping me.
There is also a phenomenal acupuncturist that Sarton brings in for clients. Emma is so gentle and is incredible at reading your body. Her cupping services are amazing, and I highly recommend her! I had no idea how important her work would be for my healing.
I’m very grateful for Alexa, Sarton, and all the practitioners who have been helping me heal. I’m in no pain most of the time, and I’m getting better everyday and know I’ll soon be completely pain free. This is so significant to me and my future now finally looks bright and light.
It really helps the pelvic floor therapy is very beneficial and all the therapists are very nice for the staff are really good. I highly recommend this place.
I have been coming to Sarton Physical Therapy as a result of having had a major 13 hour spinal cord decompression, cervical laminectomy and fusion surgery. Both Alexa and Megan have gone above and beyond all expectations for being the most professional, knowledgeable and compassionate physical therapists I could’ve ever imagined. I am so grateful for the sessions we’ve had and for the helpful treatments. If a 10 star review was possible I would give them a 10!
