SAS Shoes At Cerritos

Wonderful sales person, I will come back buy more shoes at this store.

It was my first time coming to this store as I have never heard of it. I needed to come in for some comfortable shoes since I’ll be joining usps. When I got there it was empty but the kind lady behind the counter was there with me the whole way letting me try on multiple sizes and widths of the shoe I needed. Even up to the point of payment she was kind and helpful, which made my experience that much better and can see myself returning for her customer service alone. I recommend!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DO NOT BUY SAS SHOE FROM THIS STORE, THE OWNER IS KOREAN AND THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO DO ANY AFTER SERVICE FOR THE SHOE COMES IN DEFECT OR ANY CASH REFUND. My dad bought 2 SAS snickers from the store and start to wearing one. The front tip was separating after 1 week of wearing due to the defect. We called the store and asked for any exchange or fixing, they responded nothing they can do for the issue and it's now our own problem. I called another SAS store in Tustin and they were more than happy to assist or exchange for the problem. The only thing is that we didn't buy at Tustin store so technically they are not responsible but they responded they may help us after register us on their system. That tells how the owners at SAS store Cerritos is unprofessional. So do yourself a favor, do not buy the shoe from here! Now since we bought 2 shoes we want to return the other one for a refund (for their bad customer service), but we cannot because they have no refund policy.

Good quality shoes. They typically only carry sizes up to 8. I wear a 9 so the store ordered it for me. Thanks
