Never coming back to this office. They stole an hour from my day twice without ever apologizing. Each time I have come here I was not called 45mins to an hour after my appointment time even coming 10mins earlier which is ridiculous.

Dr. Massachi is a great doc! Great staff especially Caroline! Doc was super thorough and took a lot of time to get to know me and my background as I was a “new patient. ”
I felt like I was in great hands the whole time!

Dr. Massachi is the man. He is the most intensive listener I've ever met - he truly absorbs every word you say and responds with total attentiveness. He is so thorough he takes about 15-20 minutes just to talk through relevant life changes in his office before moving to an exam room for a physical evaluation. Wait time is always short, appoints are never ever rushed, and he is extremely warm with excellent bedside manner. He was my doctor for many years and I will miss him greatly now that I've moved from LA. Thanks, Dr. S. You're a tough act to follow.

I lived in 3 major U. S cities and I must say that I’ve never had a PCP as good as Dr. Massachi. Thorough, willing to answer questions & address concerns, and always polite. Despite the unpredictable busy moments, the staff is always attentive. Jackie is awesome too!

I absolutely love Dr. Massachi, he’s the best GP I’ve returned to. The star drop is due to his reception staff. They’re very nice but have dropped two of my appointments now, failing to inform me both times before arriving that the physician wasn’t present. The most recent was blamed on a system error, the first not understanding the attending technicians schedule for an exam they booked me for.

Dr. Massachi is a very professional and knowledgeable doctor. Each time I’ve visited his office, he has been thorough in the explanation, polite, and actually listened to what I was saying. He is a very nice person who has high standards of care for all his patients. He even takes a complete and detailed history, unlike other doctors I’ve had in the past.

I am glad to say that as an African-American female, I don’t feel the negative bias and judgement that I have received from medical professionals. In this office, I feel like a patient and well respected from the time I enter and sign in to the time I exit the door. Dr. Massachi and his staff have never “shortened” my treatment, made unprofessional remarks, assumed I could not pay for services, or done any other racially biased action. It is truly an office that cares about the person and treats everyone the same-with dignity and respect.

It is comforting and nice to know I finally have a personal care physician who I can trust to tell me the truth without thinking of my wallet and who sees me as a patient like everyone else. I seriously recommend that anyone who has not found a personal care physician or who is not comfortable with their present personal physician make an appointment with Dr. Massachi and you won’t be disappointed in the care you receive.

I also want to give kudos to his office receptionist who is always so professional and nice. Each time I’ve arrived, she’s had very difficult people on the phone and every time, she’s patient and kind to them, even when I can tell they are laying into her verbally. Her great personality and professionalism is always welcome.

Dr Massachi is a very nice man, but I don't recommend going to him with anything more complex than a cold. He diagnosed me with a scary disease (which I do NOT have!) by inaccurately reading my lab results. Even though all the right results were in the lab paperwork right in front of him! I spent a whole day in tears before finally carefully reading the paperwork myself (luckily I asked for a copy) and realizing that he made a terrible mistake. Dr. Massachi's answer/excuse when I confronted him was that there were "too many pages" in my lab work. Unacceptable for a an M. D!

Very disappointed. I went there for annual checkup in December. During my checkup, there nurse was so confused in which room she should check me. She check blood pressure in 1 room, checked my heart rate in other room. She was shifting me here and there. It was tour to there clinic. They not even emailed me my check up report. Just got email from dr massachi which medicine I should take. They messed up with insurance. Till now every month I receive one bill from them. Its annual checkup insurance taken care of it, they are trying to fool people. Be aware before you take appointment.

In and out in 30 minutes. Dr. Massachi listened, quickly gave me what I needed and asked me to schedule a follow up for an annual physical. Painless all the way around. Only issue is lack of parking, as they on't validate the garage. But there is street parking around.

Dr. Massachi is a pretty great doctor to have. I'm from NJ originally and it took me some time to find a doctor I trust and feel takes the time to get to know who I am as a patient. He was really nice, gave me some new info I should be aware of to stay healthy and is pretty funny to talk to. Good guy for someone looking to get a new doctor in the area.
