I have been taking my Pomeranian to Julie for years now. She is friendly and kind and does a great job. I was sad to have seen a couple of mean reviews. I feel when giving a review whether you are happy or not with the services rendered? That a proper review can be given without the goal of being hurtful. As I said. I have known Julie for years and I only have good things to say.

I took my family pet to Sassy fur and I had an amazing experience with the groomer! She was so helpful in helping my pet and giving me advice!
My husband was very disappointed in the cut. Took many hours. Was told repeatedly to return in 20 minutes at least 3 different times. Didn't trim nails on one foot at all! Will go back to Petsmart.
