The people at Satori are absolutely wonderful! Not only are they friendly and approachable but they really go the extra mile. I love this place!

This place needs a new scerty gurd he is so rude everytime we go. If you have been going there for a while and all you have to do is give a license a number and don't have to give your license because your not comfortable because of covid and all we know is the security guard has covid or worse.

SO HELPFUL. A lot of great recommendations and the budtenders took the time to tell me about their experiences with certain products. Very informative and welcoming shopping experience.

Definitely have to go in person, if you order bulk you will be sent the worst of what they have. “Teens” listed at $25 had only 6 nodes.

Business is great enjoy their products expect when you work late and can’t ever seem to make it on time. Expect on my days off.

Great selection of flower, but never any discounts on flower. Tons of discounts on edibles, concentrates, veterans, seniors, but nothing for flower smokers. Prices are ok, but they sneak in some OLD batches pretty often. Local growers well represented. Budtenders have above average knowledge, ironically rare behind the Redwood Curtain/Emerald Triangle!? !? Several of their recommendations are now my go to purchases! Top 3 dispensary in the area.

Ordered flower that was listed as 28%, but the product that I was given was only 17%. I called and was assured they would switch it out for me, as it was their mistake. When I arrived they would not allow me to switch my product out or get a refund. Even after alerting them that their website says 28%, instead of 17%, they still have not fixed it.

Update: manager contacted me and gave me a comparable replacement.

Got 2 clones and a preroll from here, curbside pickup but couldn't go in yet. Looks like a good dispensary.

I have gotten my clones from here the last 3 years and every one of them have produced amazing harvests!

Absolutely best prices in Mckinleyville! Good selection also. This spot is definitely gaining business because the place has been crowded at various times of the day lately. It's worth the wait.

The customer service is top notch curbside pickup was really fast and the products are great it's definitely on my favorites list and it should be on yours too

Super friendly & knowledgeable staff. My tender went above & beyond to make sure I had everything I was looking for, explaining the different options & helping me decide what would work best for me. They also have great specials & they offer a 15% discount for new customers or if an existing customer brings someone new. It's cash only (which is standard), but they do have an ATM on site so it's super convenient.
Definitely check them out!

Totally bummed spent 380 there on Friday the 10th and didn't get any free things as advertised.
