As others have stated, the time it takes for bags to get to you is absolutely insane.
On top of that, I had an order where well over 30% of my bags were gashed on the sides and completely ruined.
After a lot of phone calls, this company promised to give me the monetary amount of damaged goods as a discount on my next order.
When I placed my next order, no discount was given. I called, left voicemails and emailed to get this discount and have never heard back.
