I had brought my car here for Aligment and other Mecanic problems for years! They just found out that my car is salvage NOW THEY CANT TOUCH IT OR WORK ON IT BECAUSE THEY DONT WORK ON SALVAGE CARS my car is salvage because of theft but for them is something else lol couldn’t believe it when the older guy told me they could t touch it when they have fix tires breaks Aligment and other the other thing that got me mad giving my sister one price then showing up to the shop and giving her another price from $120 to $200 because they change the policy a week ago? Just give heads up to anyone that is sending a girl over there they will change the price too
My first visit in years, came in for front suspension inspection, after the mechanic drive test, found balls joints / cushion rods bad condition.
Also, oil leak found slashed under engine area, requiring a top and bottom engine wash to identify exact location.
I agreed to both and took a seat inside waiting area, 30 to 45 min later, am asked whar i wanted done. WHAT? I THOUGHT I MADE IT CLEAR! What I wanted done.
Big Communication problem, not listening.
