Save Mart, Visalia CA

I like Savemart. Their food is always fresh with the exception of their fish. I would like to see lower prices

The cashier who rung up my sister was extremely rude. We asked if the proce for the sodas came up because sometimes if you grab the wrong brand it won't. Anyways cashier snapped at her saying she added it. We go to pay and do a split payment of cash and card and go to hand her the 13$ we had and she snapped again saying the total was 22 and we only gave her 13.my sister held up the card and once again said she was doing a split payment. There was no need to be rude and short with us. Wish I got her name to make a formal complaint but I just wanted to get out as fast as I could.

The manager Anissa is not professional and its not a nice person. If your have a problem, ask for a different manager. Otherwise, the rest of the staff is wonderful!

Seriously need more lane checkers I you aren't going to install self check out. This is why 90% of the people I know quit going here. Acting like you are broke with 2 checkers on Sat night is a joke.

Savemart may be more expensive but they have the cleanest stores.sometimes you just want to.

Nice clean friendly are all star quality in all the shops and stores around there.
The hours are not the best but nevertheless it is a great place t ok shop.

My friend got my Birthday Cake here today my big 60 and it's so beautiful the lady did so good

The ladies at the Pharmacy are wonderful and have great customer service. All of the management and employees here have always been super courteous, friendly, and helpful over the years. It makes up for just a few of the employees that look like they don't want to be there and seem lazy.

The pricing to value is way off. I'm sorry. Unless you are rolling in $ I don't see the reason to shop there. This should be a store just for Karen's.

Great store, always clean, well stocked, some prices are kinda high and some are great. Associates can be friendly. Great meat and produce selection.

I will start off with a positive. The store was very well stocked and the shelves were very need the organized. Everything was very easy to find. The negative: I was nice and respectful as possible, however I was still met with negativity and a bit of an attitude from employees. The tonality was very indicative of rudeness so I decided to just keep to myself and find stuff on my own. I've worked in customer service for well over 12 years. Do not bring your problems to work.

I like Savemart the workers r nice it is clean and nice produce! I love the taco meat that they prepare there they offer chicken and carne asada! Both r great and the people that work in the meat department r very nice!

Very unfriendly employees. Not one said "Hello". Really like this Store but Customer Service sucks. Cashier & the young lady who bagged my groceries were very friendly & nice. The ones working on the floor were rude.

There is a state mandate for people to wear masks in stores and this store does not enforce it. They don't care about your health.

I always find what I'm looking for and even with all that is going on with this Virus the associates working are so courteous and always so helpful awsom team!

So clean and organized. First time I've been here in years since I live in Tulare but well worth the drive to shop here.
