I have bought furniture from Ashley, Mor's and Bob's and this place is by far the worst service. I placed a $3000 purchase with a 2 week waiting period which is normal, fine. To set up the delivery however took days and then they were 3 hours late with no phone call/communication. They left a mess behind them and left a large box that I had to break down and dispose of myself.

Do not recommend this place. Shop somewhere else.l would give them zero stars if l could.

Loved this place i bought a refrigerator yesterday and the one helped me was Kirenia shes so sweet she really put her all into helping me love this place everybody go get something from there Thank Kirenia

My experience at Savon furniture was great. I was helped by Sherly and was able to walk out with exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely return!

Very attentive staff, had very reasonable pricing and negotiation. I would return! They also had a variety of great inventory. Great service from mike and karenia.

Just took a visit to SAVON FURNITURE great friendly staff, especially NANCI! She was very pleasant, amicable and most of all very helpful selections.

A lot of the comments I read share a similar negative experience my family encountered with this store. They promised us we would get our couches on a specific date, time passed, and they never came. When they arrived they were the wrong ones, causing us to wait even more. I wondered if they did that to buy themselves time, maybe because they didn't have the couches we had requested; accountability and honesty should have been in the forefront. Many calls, no response, communication none. It was an absolute hell. I could not believe it. My mother had to go to the store. I don't understand where all these good reviews are coming from, all seeming to be posted close together. All the disappointed comments have no apology, nor do they show sign they will promise to do better. Check Yelp. They have 1 of 5 stars. Save your money and time, don't come here.

I’ve been shopping around the Central Valley for furniture and Savon in Visalia hands down has the best prices. Plus their showroom is absolutely beautiful. The girls are so sweet & quick to help you find what ever it is that you’re looking for around your price range. Thank you Nanci for helping us out! Love my new furniture.

Very friendly, they gave us space to shop but they were so helpful when the time came to buy. They helped us go home with what we wanted.

Just bought a new fridge from Kirenia at FHD Appliances. Very affordable and great looking fridge. Plus she went above and beyond to help us out. Will definitely be back.
