Sayulitas Mexican Food reviews
13Terrible food that makes no sense, insane amounts of everything in the kitchen but the sink. No flavor other than salty. Definitely not Mexican food. Loud and filthy.
They have descent prices but raised there prices in the past two days and they served 40 percent less meat than before that is not good
Don’t ever buy carne asada Frieda here they do too much cooking oil they don’t know how to make fries sorry everything else is delicious but are serving less than before it suck’s because they are know for serving a lot
The portions are huge. My husband and I ordered nachos with chicken. We both have to share it and we were full. The place is clean, however it is not a big space. For bigger parties than 6 would not been able to dine in.
I have going to this place for a while but after yesterday I was so unhappy with the food. I ordered carne asada fries I took my son and mother the carne asada fried we’re horrible.the fries were hard as rock the meat was dry and burned and had to return them it was hard seeing my family forced to eat it due to how much I had paid. For exchange I asked for 3 tacos de cabeza, they smelled bad and had no taste. As soon as we looked at them we were in shock, I gave it to my dogs and the next day they had diarrhea. The most upsetting thing was that the young lady in the register did not even apologize or even ask why we were taking the tacos home, or if we were satisfied? It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No more sayulitas for our family.
Always cordial, always excellent and fast service. Always showing respect to Veterans.and the Bacon wrapped Burrito is from another Galaxy.
According to this location, good customer service is the "customer's responsibility". I accidentally walked out with only one bag of a two bag order. The employee who took my order wished me well and said goodbye upon exiting the establishment and said nothing about the bag of food that was directly in front of him.
When I called for a refund, I was literally laughed at and told "Yeah, you just left the bag here! " and was then denied a refund, with the manager informing me that the error was my responsibility.
My company used Sayulita's at least once a week for lunch food runs- no longer.
“Mexican food with a Filipino twist! ”
Pickup here for UBER EATS, this HOT CHEETOS BURRITO is popular! Another customer fav is Pac-Man burrito…
Delicious, filling and the staff was friendly. Heads up…. They have big portions that could easily be split between three or four people.
Usually a great place to eat. Placed an order through Uber Eats and gotten rotten guacamole on my carne asada fries. Called in and spoke with DRE and not even an apology. Told him to taste it and he wouldn't, said to call UBER with my issue. TERRIBLE customer service let alone how do they allow that quality to get served to customers risking letting someone get sick.
I grew up in San Diego where the Mexican food was authentic and bomb but this was the Best burrito I’ve ever had. The combination of Pilipino and Mexican flavors was umami! They didn’t just throw the fries in they were tossed with a cheese sauce first, big pieces of pork bits coated with delicious Asian flavors with the savory carne asada was amazing. Seriously go there now.
We went to eat today and they treated us well but the food was not to our liking, because they gave us the meat very burnt and you couldn't even eat it because it had no flavor, from what little I know of my cooking experience This type of meat is made on a griddle and not in a fryer, because the cashier mentioned that they heated the meat in the fryer, I think they changed cooks, they are not the same as on previous days
The food this time was really bad, I went before and it was very good but they are not the same cooks the previous man was tall and skinny his food was very good
Good customer service. The food was better in the past. An overall "ok" place to eat if you are very hungry with a limited budget.
