My girl Ivy slays every single time! I will never trust anyone else with my nails again! She can do any design and is so nice if you want your nails a specific way. I am always too scared to speak up but ivy is so easy to talk to! (i don't have to speak up often anyways bc she always does a perfect job) I'm going to disneyland for sweethearts nite and she helped me with a cute but subtle disney/valentine nail design! I will always recommend SB nail bar!

Super unprofessional, made an appt and still waited 20 minutes to get helped.i was scheduled for a manicure and they put me in a pedicure seat and told me they couldn’t seat me at a manicure station.the lady i had continuously ignored my requests and i had to keep repeating myself about how my nails needed to be corrected and she cut my cuticle so bad it now bleeds and is severely tender doing daily tasks.

My girl Emily at SB Nail Bar is THE BEST. I always leave with nails that look way better than anything I could have ever thought of and they LAST. She also is just a nail wizard in general and anything you want she can do. Today I felt inspired to have some healthier nails and she suggested builder gel nails over acrylics and I am obsessed. Pics below, but end of story every time Emily does my nails I feel like I went to Hailey Biebers nail stylist she is just that good!

I usually come here to get my nails done. I usually get a gel pedicure. Today was a fast in and out visit I think she did a good job but I got home checked out my nails and one of them from the side was coming off. I thought to myself it's gel they are suppose to stay longer then regular nail polish. It was upsetting to find out that the gel polish was coming off. Also it wasn't cheap and I gave a tip smh

First thing I noticed walking in is how I scheduled an appointment 24 hours in advance on the phone and no one had it written down. I have been to this place twice and their tables and nail equipment are absolutely disgusting, it’s not at all sanitary and my sister has gotten sick after getting her nails done here multiple times. The ladies are jusgy, rude, and passive aggressive and make you feel uncomfortable as if they’re talking about you. I regret going in a second time because the vibes were much worse. Their glue isn’t strong and their clear top coat comes off quickly. The people have terrible customer service and are just cold to you. Not a fun experience at all when you just want a girls day out. They should be inspected with how unsanitary and dirty the shop looks honestly I’m concerned.

Really disappointed in my experience here.

I came after a great recommendation from a friend and instead, all I got was a rushed appt with many mistakes.

The nail tech didn’t even file down my nails and didn’t touch my cuticles. Not it looks like my nails are already grown out. I asked for oval nails and got stilleto and more than one crooked nail.

The paint job was the worst part. Many mistakes.

I wanted to speak up but could tell the nail tech had lunch plans. And it literally wasn’t even busy!

And I tipped 20% for this. Just plain not worth it. A full set in 45 min.

We come here on week days. Really peaceful and cleaning. I and my wife got 2 organics pedicure, the guys doing for wife and the lady doing for mine. We both getting same time pedicure and enjoying - relaxing.

Came with a friend to get pedicures and had a wild, terrible time. The employees here are so unprofessional and their terrible online reviews and empty responses are now no surprise. My pedicure was fine but my friend’s tech was very inexperienced - 90 minutes of the tech repeatedly filing and buffing, creating short jagged nails, scrubbing her feet without water, painting, removing and repainting again and again. Politely at the end of the service we tried to pull someone aside, share the concerns and ask for reasonable resolution. Instead we were confronted by three workers: the tech herself, another person, and the front desk person. Arguing ensued with my friend being accused of having “a lot of cuticle” and “too short nails” and being told we should have told our tech she was bad at her job and requested a new person. This logic is insane; how could anyone know their nail tech was bad until the work was in progress? And who would say to someone: “you are bad at your job, go away. ” We asked to split the cost of the bad pedicure (50% off) and were offered 5%. We eventually settled on 10% which is the cost of their CC transaction fee (ha) just to end the arguing and confrontation. Bad pedicures happen but bad service is a choice and the way this was handled was very upsetting. We were trying to reach resolution and they were trying to blame and be defensive. In short, if you are a person with perfect feet and an endless supply of cheeks to turn you can come here and it’ll be fine. Anyone else, go somewhere else.

Very bad service, my daughter asked for a nail style and the lady did not want to do them. She also left her nails crooked, left her fingers full of paint to finish soon, my daughter left there crying because they left her job ugly and my other daughter She had the appointment at 11 and they were going to attend to it, another lady arrived and they told her that she had to wait because they were going to attend to the lady first, they schedule appointments at the same time and they attend to whoever they want. Well, we think we will not return there.

So pretty place, pedicure is perfect.
First-time coming here because I really need a design for halloween nails.

10/18/23; Scheduled an appointment for 2 pedicures. My sister was attended to; then a walk-in came in and she was attended before me. I brought this up to the attention of staff, who did absolutely nothing about it. Disappointed, will not be returning.

Just wasted my money and time.
My fingers were bleeding, and it still hurts a lot after a while. But they didn't apologize to me. They laughed and talked in their own language that I didn't understand. I don't want to experience it again.

I am unsure why they schedule appointments if they are always running behind. Not by a few minutes either. Today I waited 30 minutes before walking out. They never say no to walk ins. So don’t waste your time scheduling an appointment just walk in

I’m not typically one to leave a bad review but… this is my second poor experience here. I made an appointment, arrived right on time, and waited 25 minutes before anyone talked to me. I booked a mani-pedi, and in past experience, salons will do the services simultaneously. This time I got pedicure first and then was moved to a desk for manicure so including the initial wait time, my appointment felt way longer than it should have been. My manicure was incredibly rushed… there was no cleaning under the nails, no clean-up around the edges, hardly any shaping of the nail, etc. Additionally, a sanding tool typically used for acrylic nails was used on my natural nail… it absolutely DESTROYED my nails. When I removed my polish, I noticed two of my nails had cracks and were peeling up right above the nail bed! It’s still so incredibly painful and sensitive. I wish I could add a picture of what this looks like. My nails are ruined for a very long time to say the least. I need to go in and show this cracking to the girl who did it so she doesn’t do it to someone else. How awful to use a tool like that on a natural nail. I’m sorry to say this was an awful experience with awful results…

Emily does a spectacular job!

After getting a fresh set of nail designs here, both my fingernails and toenails look refreshed and much more vibrant than before.

The nail salon is located on State street and has a spacious internal area.

Me and my friend were both accomodated as “walk-ins” which was lovely. I had a manicure and she had a pedicure and i can say that we were both satisfied with our nails. We both chose regular polish which included a base coat, a layer of coloured polish and a top coat, all for the price of 23$ (manicure) and 32$ (pedicure).

The technician who did my nails was very kind and met my request perfectly. My only comments are that A.the products they were using weren’t high quality: the polish was a bit old and the nail file was not suitable for the job, and actually looked as if it came from a kids toy. B.the manicure could have been better as she didn’t fully clean off my cuticles.

But to be fair my nails look amazing and feel like gel even though they used normal polish.

Overall a good experience.
