Would give it 0 stars if I could.got my order wrong and it was COLD AF. Had to throw it away. Literally looks like 2 day old pizza that they just reheat!

I wish I can give 0 Star for the service for this Sbarro at Ontario Mills. The food & price are not worthed. Bought Side potato, Bottle water, Strm spin Ind and Spag W/Sauce on 1/5/2023 at 3: 31: 01pm Order 590500082. The Mexican Lady very rude. She forgot to included 2 Garlic Breads for my Spaghetti (ordered 2) not even said sorry. She said we are short. When I asked her something she pretended doesnt hear me just walk away. Inside and outside the counter were very dirty. The food not fresh and cold. If you think you guys are short staff. Just close down the place. I'm not free to eat there. It doesnt mean you guys are short. You do whatever you want to customers and not clean your place. Just close the place next time if you short staff. Nasty staff behavior. Nasty food. Not worth for the price.

Food was cold by the time I got it the employees there are more interested in whispering with each other then taking my order they were very rude to everyone

A couple of monitors were dark - probably menu boards. There was no explanation or paper menus available. I got a "large"/"entree" Caesar salad which in no way was meal-sized. It was OK, but could have been fresher. The price of $6.19 was ridiculous for this modest portion, and I was even charged $0.69 for a second dressing packet that I did not request. I contacted the company via the web site, and although my report was supposedly forwarded to this location, I've heard nothing since.

I purchased two slices of XL pizza and asked for two cups of water and the man named David said they don’t give out cups of water. The other cashier had just given two cups of water to a customer that only bought one item. I was like but why did you guys just give her two cups if she only bought one item? I told David I’m not asking for you to give me free cups of water, charge me then if it bothers you so much and felt like he was discriminating some type of way towards me. I hope he never gets so thirsty that he’s going to wish for someone to offer him some water. Paid $4 for two cups of tab water. This person is so selfish, sad to be like that only to certain people. He needs to be trained better. By the way the pizza is gross, by the time you get to the register it’s already cold. The employees are slow. David you are a bad person and hopefully you learn to be more kind and not so greedy! Por eso trabajas donde trabajas por no tener educacion y modales, viejillo amargado!

Pizza was so gross! I had a really bad after taste after taking a few bits. My 6 year old, said this Pizza is not good. Coming from my 6 year old that loves Pizza!

Only had one cashier working the line the time you get to eat your food it’s already cold. Also the cashier was side talking with another employee about what time they got home from going out the night before. Should be more focus on handling the line

Food was cold and old, young boy helping me was very rude and they seemed very overwhelmed but that doesn't mean we have to suffer because of it. He not only was rude but had no idea what he was doing and could not remember who got what. Wouldn't recommend this location unless you go on a day that isn't so busy, maybe you will get more attention.

I have never been so frustrated in my life. The african american girl on the register was purposely being slow and taking her time. Clearly she did not want to be there. By the time me and the rest of the line got our pizzas they were cold i shouldve just ate it in line. 2 stars is for the rest of the guys working they did amazing but even they noticed how she was acting. They tried offering drinks to the line. They couldnt work they had to look for something to do because the line wasnt moving. Everyone was standing in this line for 30 minutes. Sombody needs teach to talk to her this is ridiculous.

By the time you get to register your food is cold, well colder then it came out of oven warmer. Cheese pizza 3.4 calzon 3.4. The cashier needs to be faster, of course I didn't help by going super slow paying him, that was my receipt to him. Not a bad place to get a slice of plain cheese pizza. Drinks are Extra Expensive better of getting a drink from somewhere in this mall and bringing it with you.

I love this place pizza is delicious lasagna is great can't complain about anything service and staff are great overall very good experience will recommend to anyone looking for great and delicious food

The food is too oily and too dry at the same time. Mac and cheese was not cooked all the way.

Ordered a whole pie for pickup and clearly said WELL DONE, yet not only did I not get my pizza well done but it was UNDER COOKED and ICE COLD! So I paid money to employees who don’t care or listen to what the customer asks for which means they need retrained or FIRED!

The pizza here was extremely delicious, way better than I expected. I ordered a whole pepperoni pizza, it wasn’t that expensive, about 18 to 20 dollars, but it’s huge. The cheese was so good, it stretches out when you take a bite. The pizza was really good with the crushed red peppers, it made it taste like something else. Also, the pizza wasn’t that greasy, which was a really good thing.

One of my main spots to grab something to eat.great location, always clean, and excellent service. A must try!
