We came here in search of a couch for our family area. My husband walked in and fell in love with a few pieces, but I told him to keep them in mind as I wanted to shop around before making the final decision.

The team who work there are so lovely, we were helped by the manager; Marina.

When our couch was delivered, we weren't happy with the finish on the cushion piping. I contacted the store and Marina went out of her way to help. I also noticed the couch had gone on sale shortly after we bought it.

Marina honored the sale price and gave me back a partial refund and gave us a new couch to resolve the piping issue.

Thank you for a such a positive experience. This is definitely our go to shop for any furniture purchases.

This is a great place to shop at very attractive prices for world class furniture. We did get a dining table and other furniture. I want to call out specifically Martina Haentjens who helped us and patiently explained the delays due to COVID as well.

Excellent customer service. Heidi was extremely helpful and patient throughout my shopping experience. Great variety of designs to choose from as well.

"Heidi at the Woodland Hills store provided exceptional service. I was so pleased when she called 2 weeks later saying there was a mistake in billing and we are due $1,000 back. The installers were true professionals and accommodating to changes in placement we had after some pieces were installed, and the furniture itself is functional, sturdy and beautiful. Ordered most of my house furniture from them, first delivery was pushed one week after the date of delivery, when they delivered, items were missing and they brought the wrong items. After they delivered the right items i went back to pick some more staff for the house a month later, they promised that this time the delivery will happen with no incident. Sure enough out of all what i ordered which was a large order, they brought 2 items and the reason was according to the delivery driver thats all they gave him. Long story short they gave me a bunch of bogus excuses which i did not buy. The delivery company they use is the worse i have ever experienced, drivers smoking while delivering, their appearance far from being professional, they look that they were picked up from the street corner. They have nice stuff with decent prices but their method of delivery is a total disaster. The manager they have by the name of Marina is a very professional and very sweet person, i felt bad for her as she was so sorry and kept apologizing for the mess and asked me to reconsider canceling the entire order but i had to cancel as i would not trust their company with keeping the order and have it delivered the right way on a later date. Its a shame because they have nice things but a real shake up needs to happen on the warehouses and the delivery company.

Rude and walked the entire store where 3 employees were sitting behind the counter laughing amongst themselves.
Also the furniture is cheap and plastic and very little wood. Don’t bother

My husband and I are very happy with the beautiful couch and 4 chairs selected for us by Jane. She has an amazing eye. Always courteous and helpful. I want to thank Jane, and Diana for sending me very helpful literature regarding the care of leather, I want to express my appreciation for Heidi and the other staff members I had contact with for their professional assistance.

I actually bought the complete black Julian Living room couch, chair and ottoman from Heidi. I came in every day to visualize it being in my Living Room and after one week did purchase.

I really liked my sales associate Sarah. She was friendly and knowledgable. Jane also was very helpful. She located the chair I wanted at other store location and had it shipped to Woodland Hills. The fabric was discontinued. I love my new living room furniture.
