11Basel Zedan was very professional and went over and beyond his call of duty to rectify my situation. My attorneys office was not returning his calls, but he was persistent and professional and resolved my situation which resulted in a $600 credit back to my account. SCE FCU is very fortunate to have Basel on their team!
Johana Diaz went above and beyond to satisfy an auto loan issue. I was previously working with someone else who was rude, non responsive and just overall unhelpful. Johana called me one day after I felt all was a lost cause with SCEFCU. I was even considering pulling all my accounts from the bank over the treatment and service i recieved. Johana told me she wanted to try to help me and she did just that. She solved my issue beyond my expectations. She was responsive and kept me up to date. I felt confident she was doing what she said she would and not just giving me the run around. Thank you Johana and your wonderful customer service!

Been a member since 2014 and it's been a good bank. Just that lately it feels their online services have are always under maintenance. Literally at least once every one or two months.
The ATMs are too low here. Im only 5'10" and have to uncomfortably bend over to use.
Also, some time ago I had a limit placed on my card for $125 after credit card information was stolen from Chipotle. I don't really spend too much money other than cash, but got denied a few times at the counter before calling and being informed. Never received any notice about the temporary limit even though it had been over two months since the first declined transaction. Coincidentally after reporting I got a letter 2-3 days in the mail about the limit.
I will say that I was able to speak with a real person over the phone pretty quickly after calling the bank.
Every single time I have been to this bank the employees have been very helpful kind and cooperative. Theres never big lines and you don't have to wait long like other banks.
I try to look for office hours but I can't find it anywhere. I even try to call at the SCE banks but it didn't have any option to check about the office hours. I guess, I have to drive by and check it out myself.

Incompetent and unprofessional employees that lie to their members, I was given 3 different stories as to why my ATM wasn't ready. I drove over an hour for nothing!
If u have an emergency don't depend on this location to withdraw over $6,000. They only let u get $2,000 a day and I can do that from any atm. I would have to wait till Monday and today is friday so much for giving them a 24hr notice.
