Same experience as always, everyone was great

From making an appointment to leaving with a prescription and follow-up plan, everything was handled with the utmost efficiency and professionalism. Every member of the staff is a true professional and Dr. Mau is everything you could hope for in a healthcare provider. I highly recommended this practice.

I came back here after years feeling as I age, this is the most established & reputable place to go to. The receptionist, doctors and Tommie in the eyewear area were all absolutely wonderful. All my (crazy) questions were taken to heart and answered with great detail and explanation. The eyewear choices were plentiful. I look forward to picking up my new frames.

I found from the receptionist to the technicians to the Dr of opthamaloghy to be very nice, welcoming and knowledgeable. I felt instantly comfortable andI was given clear diagnosis and plans moving forward. I would highly recommend Schermer Eye Associates for high quality, state of the art eye care. They are very nice, professional and know their stuff!

I was overcharged $10 because "we forgot to update the form"
That is not the patients fault and should have been adjusted and the form should THEN have be0en updated, Code 92015 $40. I was charged $50.
Is refraction required for the annual exam?

Dr. Kathy Hwang was terrific as was the entire staff. Clearly a skilled practitioner, Dr. Hwang’s approach was professional and friendly. She was never hurried and addressed my concerns with aplomb. This is a practice I look forward to visiting again. An easy 5 stars.

This office got me a same day appointment. They were genuinely concerned about my condition. They got me in and out literally within a half hour. So professional, caring, and made my follow-up appointment at the same time. Now that's service. So Satisfied.

Professional staff providing professional and detailed examinations. Eyewear staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Been using their staff for 20+ years.

The doctor was good but the only thing I did not like about this place were the front desk people. Every time they got a call from customers, both of them just looked annoyed and made an huffing sound before answering the call. Expressionless, fake customer service, is the environment I noticed. Good experisnce with rhe exam but very unprofessional front desk staff
