SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union - Anaheim reviews
26Superior customer service. Antoine was professional, efficient, and courteous. The concierge was wonderful also.
The ATMs at this location are always broken. Whoever is responsible for making sure the machines are well maintained and in functioning order needs to be replaced. When they aren’t taking deposits- they aren’t available for withdrawals, and that’s assuming the ATM is working at all.it’s laughable it’s such a continuous issue.
Every schools first credit union is great but this one in particular has EXCELLENT customer service and a drive thru.
They don't even want to try to see what u qualify for all the banker did was talk and not try anything and act like she was so sorry
I called the only phone number available for members which took over 30 mi Utes to wait and get a call back and after I talked to somebody they transfered me to a "representative" and had to wait another 30 minutes. I finally spoke to a human and she didn't know the answer to my question and put me on hold again for another 30 minutes. I was placed in hold 3 times to pay my bill. She finally answered and when I asked to pay my credit card issued from them with another card they said no, it had to be another bank account routing number. They don't allow you to pay your credit card with another card unless you go to the bank itself.
This bank at the Anaheim plaza is horrible. The people that work here are rude here to my and I. And I've ben a member here since 2004. And I've never had this kind of problem since I've coming this year. Now I I know the true colors here now.
This place wont let two of us people with account come in right when they are closing just to cash our checks for Christmas and they still said no with the door wide open. Im literally reconsidering my accounts here. Straight BS! I cant believe after all the years here, they do us like that the day before Christmas.
Excellent service.specially with Cindy. She is the best she even took extra time to go out to the item to explain me some things. I been banking w Schools First for about 10 years an always has been a very pleasant experience with the excellent service.
Jessie Macia and Gladys de la Cruz were very helpful in assisting my mother and I with some transactions involving my recently deceased sister. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. I am now going to move my account to your CU. Thanks to both of them. Gary Ritenhour
SchoolsFirst is a top quality banking Institution. They have a can-do attitude, are always friendly, and they have never hassled me or given me any problems as other banks have. You won't get the very best of rates for interest rates or loans, but they're close. You never have to go through an annoyingly long phone tree to get to a live person when you call their customer service, something I really value. They are by far my favorite bank and I have been with them for over eleven years.
Great bank, all in the timing. In and out in good time!
Nice having a bank right next door
Ive been a member with SchoolsFirst off and on for the better part of 30 decades and was fiscally irresponsible and SF has always kept the $5.00 in my savings and welcomed me back with open arms and given me multiple chances. Today, Richard of the Eucld Anaheim branch managed to find solutions and offer sound advice. This is coming a life long career in credit and finance. I was blown away. 5 Stars 24/7.
5 stars to the employee Matt who is the best front desk person ever. Solved my account issues and walked me through them. Thank you Matt and Schools First for providing such an excellent banking service.
The service I have received from this bank has been exemplary. After my divorce my credit was not good and they still worked with me to make sure I got a good car for my money but also gave me a great interest rate and loan and they have tools you can use to help your credit.
They have the best customer service! Over the phone or in person they will work with you in a very nice manner!
Great place love the perks of being a member (I like that to a member not a customer) sometimes I hate that they close early on Saturdays other banks close at 4pm they close at 2pm
Love going to this branch. My family has been going to this branch for about 5-6 years. The workers are always so nice and are always there when you need them. When they are busy they try there best to get through everyone. Love this branch. I would not switch banks for no reason.
MAD AT AUTOLAND
Schools First. I love your bank, but really upset with your Autoland for continuously parking their new vehicles like this taking up TWO front row parking spaces. It's just plain rude!
Been a member for 11 years now and it's great for home loans, car loans and everyone there is so friendly. I do sometimes wish they had more tellers open especially on Mondays and in the early days of every month
Teller named Cindy was not friendly or polite and gave me the wrong amount. Not going to this Branch again useless person
