SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union - Huntington Beach reviews
10Went in to correct some investment account problems and Sara and Tiffany were extremely helpful and kind. Great customer service at Schools First Huntington Branch
The staff and the service they provide is absolutely top notch. Very courteous and very informative. They will make any of your financial questions crystal clear.
I have banked with them for 27 years and i have never had a bad experience with them Schools first is the best i can only say thank you for great service
I had such a pleasant experience with Ray! He was so helpful and I left with all my questions answered. You could tell the people who work at this branch really care about their jobs and the service is amazing.
Today I walked into this bank and I just want to say it's one of the easiest transactions I ever had such a friendly vibe, I wanna say thanks to Alese the Teller thank you for your friendly service!
This BAD review is not for service of bank, but location and parking of this particular branch.when they moved from another location in same shopping area, the new location is BAD, in term of bad parking, have to cross busy street to use ATM, bank.because of this new branch, I changed my bank to different one, which has drive through ATM, better parking.
I got my car refinanced and saved some money and lowered my interest rate! I can not think of 1 bad experience I ever had at the previous location and at this new one. Much better than Bank of america, I can tell you that!
I went to this location today. I had a fraud alert on my card which was just my own order. The guy who assisted me Valdi was so nice and helpful as well as other staff greeting in the front. Every schools first location I've ever been to for the the past 20 years are always friendly and have customer service.
Quyen was very helpful and very knowledgeable about all the extra benefits of our membership! She was really amazing and we really appreciate her help so much!
A completely different experience then going to the big banks like Bank of America or Wells Fargo. Of course this credit union is known for serving teachers and the staff are all highly intelligent, patient, and helpful. They are helpful with setting accounts up, optimizing savings, and answering any questions. Really, the service is just so wonderful. Further, although it can get busy they actually have tellers and the line moves quickly. Other features include a change machine that converts your coins into dollars without any fees. They also offer the teacher Summer Savers program which gets just nearly a 4% interest which is better than any other bank. They also offer 403 (b) /Roth IRA services but you need to set up an appointment with the branch's specialist.
