Honestly. This morning was a tough one for me as I had woken up to a huge negative balance due to a scheduling issue with a payment. But I spoke with Jasmine, maybe from their corporate, and she helped me out BIG TIME. I've never cried on the phone with anyone, but I couldn't help it. These people genuinely care for their customers and I can't explain how grateful I am for SchoolsFirst.
