Love this place. We been here for 5 years and never had a problem.
Is quiet, pet friendly, clean,
Is there Is a problem with the unit Is resolved right away thanks to the manager Susana who is so easy to talk to and Mr serapio who is the maintenance guy he's so professional and knowledgeable of everything pretty much.
No thinking in moving any time soon.

**REAL REVIEW**I cannot wait to move. Moved in blindly for a work transfer without seeing the apartment, flooring has gaps throughout the entire living room and kitchen that allows dirt and grim in, old windows with rotting seals, leaking fireplace when it rains, walls are not white I am not sure what color it is but it's been painted over so many times it's horrible. They even painted the bathtub and now the new paint is coming off leaving the gross stuff behind. The property is riddled with animal feces and feral cats, dogs the size of horses off leash allowed to live in these tiny apartments, the spa hasn't worked in nearly four months and is full of dirt and green algae and has been leaking in the ground all those months, they run a hose to it and top it off every few days instead of fixing it. They charge ridiculous fees to pay rent using a credit card cost $30.00 - If you write a personal check you have to bring it person as they closed the drop box bc of a robbery instead of fixing the problem they taped paper over it. The security gate breaks every 2 weeks, homeless living in the back hills in tents and or using the laundry room (these are broken constantly and only allow for the use of COLD water- One dryer has been broken for over a month) You have to pay for your neighbors water and other bills which Susana never explained prior to renting (my neighbor moves random people in and out all of the time and my complaints have gone unanswered). My experience with a domestic violence incident took place in the parking lot and involved Susana her daughter and son in law and my neighbor who threatens to kill his pregnant wife on a regular basis so calling the cops is a norm.
The tiles that came off the roof during winter have NOT been replaced, the stairs and rails are missing bolts and falling out, the wood facing is coming off every single building on some more than a foot of facing is pulling back.and I counted over 20 broken sprinklers on the property spilling insane amounts of water over 20! I am sure we pay that water bill as well and it's just gushing into the street some of them even spraying over residents windows so they cannot be opened. Residents park broken down cars in the only 4 visitor spots available so forget having company over. To top it off the once very very nice and helpful woman Susana went from a 10 to a 2 once I began paying rent. What a disappointment I pay nearly 1500$ a month for this one bedroom dump. PS. I have pictures of everything. The turn over rate is INSANE and before I moved I was told that when a 2 bedroom came available I could transfer, what a CROCK- I can transfer for an additional security deposit AND additional $300.00 a month (Fair market value she called it) Ooh and they said I wouldn't get my deposit from the 1st apartment back they would only issue a credit to my account. DO NOT RENT HERE. You've been warned

I am very happy that I chose the schooner apartment to live, very safe for my family, I am about to renew my contract again, Susana is an excellent manager.
