Would rate it a 0 if I could. I scheduled a heavy-duty scooter 2 weeks in advance. I was skeptical of a large corporate group but happy to see the confirmation emails quickly. Didn't receive the user agreement until 2 days prior. Arrived at hotel and.no scooter. Called and was told my reservation was cancelled. They said they left me a voice message 24 hrs before my arrival. That was the only time there was any form of communication other than emails so of course i didnt get it. Luckily i was able to find a locally owned firm who worked after close and delivered a scooter at HALF the cost. NEVER AGAIN SCOOTAROUND
