I have had over a decade of experience working with Scorpion Web Designs. My history with Scorpion began with my first law firm in 2009 and has continue in one way or another to this day.

The websites they have designed for me have always been exceptional. The content that either I have edited or supplied has always been spot on. The quality of the website is always stylish, relevant and current.

What I can attest to even more importantly is the customer service I receive from each contact at Scorpion, from my marketing manager to the tech teams. Any change or desire for additional content is addressed as quickly as possible even though at times I ask for it done immediately. I have never been disappointed. I have had at least five marketing managers to lead my campaign, tend to my concerns and recommend or suggest improvements. Each one of them has been better than the next. I know that from the work and cooperation they provided to the fact that all of them have been promoted within the company during the course of working on my website and business. Each time a creative, talented manager is promoted my initial and selfish thought, is that I have lost another great person to work with, and ultimately someone I considered a friend. But naturally I am happy for their great work to be recognized and rewarded.

Which leads me to my current Marketing Manager Devon Hopper. He has been working with me on my campaign faithfully, professionally and expertly for at lest a few years. I am never disappointed. He checks in, we discuss the details of any changes or new direction we decide to take and he implements my requests and any mutually arrived at strategies before I can even ask him a second time. He knows his business, learns as much as he can about my business and uses that knowledge to provide me with the service that has been integral in growing my business. Finally, I can say that throughout my dealings with Devon, he has been a marketing manager, a business strategist and always a great person to work with. I will go so far as to say that I consider him a valued consultant AND friend.

Franchise owners stay away! Long conversations with no execution. Nice site with no customers. Glad my money was spent on basketball courts and not making sure my campaign worked. Never again!

Left Scorpion last year after losing a lot of money. People are nice but sales team doesn't tell the truth and leadership seems young and inexperienced.

Can not say enough good things about this company in general, and my account managers personally. My wife and I started our own appliance business in 2015, using Scorpion exclusively for our marketing. In 2016 we purchased our only competitor in the Beaches area of Jacksonville FL. My first account manger, Isaiah Liu, listened to what I wanted to do and laid the groundwork for it to happen. While he has moved up in the company, he left me in the hands of Ms. Andrea Carrasco, who picked up right where he left off. Because of her help we have expanded to 3 locations, operate a staff with 5 full time techs and 1 part time. Ms. Carrasco is always avaialable when I have a question or want to make a change, or advise me not to make changes. I don't know how many clients she has, but every time we have any communication, she makes it seem like we are her only one.
