Overall terrible experience at the Irvine location. The front desk and nurse staff are extremely rude and don’t answer questions directly. It took them 2 months to order an mri for me after I saw the doctor. And then another 2 months for them to tell me that I needed to come back in for the doctor to tell me the results of the mri. In the span of those 4 months, I was calling, texting and messaging them through the portal trying to get ahold of someone to tell me the next steps or what was going on and I never could get through, I had to go in in-person to get them to speak to me and even then I spent 45 mins trying to get them to complete the mri order. I’m going to be calling my insurance as well to report this office. I can’t even count the number of hours I spent on the phone on hold trying to speak to someone.
