This team was amazing to work with. This was a first-time purchase and, from the get-go, Jacob was incredibly helpful. He was always available and ready to answer all the (probably bad) questions that I had. He gave me complete answers and never forgot a detail. There were no surprises. This team communicated very well and worked so hard to make this happen. I could not have asked for a better experience and I am so appreciative of Jacob and the team.

I had clients that use them for a preapproval, and they claimed it was fully underwritten when it was not. We waive the mortgage contingency based on their loan officer, saying it was fully underwritten. Plus, they were very rude when I called them out on this. The good news is, my clients ended up, going to another lender and didn’t have to endure any issues that may have come up. Also, their rates for jumbo can’t compete with the big banks.

Closing our third property with CrossCountry Mortgage. No issues and they held our hand through the entire process with exceptional communication on each of them. Two of them had to be expedited closes and they delivered on their timeline AHEAD OF SCHEDULE allowing us to close without issue. Highly Recommended!
