Scott Robinson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram reviews
31 The worst sales people.
They don’t even take you to a desk or treat you like a decent human.
If you’re asking too many questions they get defensive.
And don’t even try asking them for water because they don’t provide, even if you make a deal with them. I’m glad I wasn’t the one who purchased a vehicle from them.
Can I list zero stars?
Run from these crooks.
Spent 450 bucks for a dupe jeep key and an oil change.
Picked up car - and they forgot to include the $400 new key!
After 10 minutes, they found it in the back.
Incompetent and over priced.
The location in signal hill could've done it for much less.
I - sadly - picked a more convenient location.
Never again.
When confronted with their incompetence, I was promised a $50 dollar reimbursement from my salesperson.
After 8 days - still waiting.
Thanks Scott Robinson for your dedication to your clients.
Shameful.
Update
Again a recent service took longer than I feel it should have. But more importantly, and the reason for me changing my earlier review:
I had an oil change service and Scott Robinson would not consider honoring the 4th and final oil change from a purchased package of four. We did not drive much in 2020 due to COVID restrictions and school closures (distance learning at home). The service department would not consider accommodating an extension to the service contract end date which lapsed in 2020. So, we paid for the oil changes in a group of four, could not use the last one due to government travel restrictions, and ended up having to pay full price for the service.
What is beyond me is the inability to provide good customer service and consider making an exception given the unique circumstances of the government work-from-home orders. It isn't hard to apply a little logic and thought to this request and find a way to provide better service. I paid for the service, so they aren't out any money. The only consideration would be extending a contract expiration date lapsing due to government restrictions.
While picking up the vehicle and asking one more time to consider adjusting the contract expiration date, they were flat out rude. Professionalism at an all time low.
And to top it all off, their oil changes take far too long to complete, requiring hours or the full day at times. I have to arrange transportation to and from just to use their service.
No More! Never Again. I highly recommend looking for service from any other location or company. I will not be returning to this location.

Was rated 4 stars back in 2019.
Service was performed excellently, but took longer than expected (1.5days)
I have been a bit of a difficult customer with other dealerships. So although this is a late review, it needs to be said that my experience in August 12-14 2020 was exceptional. Brought in my Jeep with a leaking radiator, was fixed by day 3. (Dealership is understandably having trouble meeting the demand for service given covid, etc, so three days is very reasonable.) My requests to Cesar A were politely considered and politely dealt with.
I'll definitely be back.
Told I wouldn’t get the car same day or maybe not even the day after, which is fine by me, covid makes things go slower. But 2 days to diagnose my car, then told the next day I can pick it up just for them to call again and find a new problem an hour before I’m supposed to pick it up. It’s been five days now and have heard no update for two days on when I’ll get my car back, and now they’re closed on Sundays, not to mention the cost for maintenance. The whole point of an appointment and brining my car on a Tuesday was to get my car back before the weekend, not a week after I’ve dropped it off
Went in with my sister greeted immediately by what seemed like a new sales guy. He was great when he took us in to the office he was searching up what we were looking for. Sister was ready to buy or even reserve the car on the spot. Then Chris didn’t catch last name came in, the rep that was helping us out introduce him but Chris did not even Acknowledge us what so ever. Went straight to telling us why we can’t do what we want. Then making it seem like it would be too much trouble for them to order the car. His whole attitude towards us was horrible. Not sure if he was discriminating on us based on how we were dressed, look, or that we look young which we are not no teens in our 30s, or even race. Now we are at carmax down the street signing paperwork as we speak. Too bad for you Chris no commission for you, and I feel bad for the new guy as well!
Update: I reached out to the manager jnelson, hopefully he responds, will update again.
I bought a Jeep last December and a few months later the paint started to chip on the front bumper. I saw it at the beginning of quarantine so it was not a big priority. In June, I contacted the dealership and they were no help. I tried again in September and still nothing. I tried one last time in the beginning of this month and no response yet. I believe I have been very patient but their customer service has not been satisfactory. What a way to treat your customers.
Really, REALLY bad follow through with this place. I was in the market to buy a Jeep Wrangler. I went in person and did a walk through. A couple days later I called only to leave a message with the person who left me a card. I called again the next day which is crazy and didn't pick up again. I ACTUALLY called for the third time to the dealership to get ahold of this person and they didn't respond so I ended up buying my Jeep somewhere else. They totally lost a sale. I was like WOW... One star at best just for because I like Jeeps and I was able to walk around and look at all the nice Jeeps. Oh... I forgot, I called about two years later to get a tune up... Ssaammee thing.
Humberto was excellent, addressed what the items needed to be done, and how long the corrections would take. Kept in touch, updating with status.
Job well done!
Very nice people but poor communication between departments and not in any rush to help you out. I bought a NEW wrangler and the screen went black. It's been over a month and 3 visits to the dealership and no one seems to want to help.
Jamie (Yeimy@Scott) was my service representative. SHE WAS SUPER.positive, helpful, and keep me informed of the status. My event was a factory software update, While there found another update that could be done, and completed that is well. Avoiding any additional visit, and a piece of mind that any/all updates related were done. I would give her a 10 star of out 5, but 5 is all it goes up to.thx Brian Hermosa Beach. Happy New Year.
I traded in a Jeep that had been in a MAJOR accident and as a result it was frame damaged and got a new frame. They knew because as a result they paid me bottom dollar.
Scott Robinson sold it as a certified pre-owned vehicle!
If you bought a Gecko green wrangler VIN # 1N6AD0ER8HN74968
you got royally ripped off.
I definitely DO NOT recommend buying a used vehicle from them.
I had an issue with my ac, they fixed my AC replacing a hose. Also gave me a rental for the 2 days I didnt have my vehicle, I had really good service. The manager Guillermo was great and assisted with my issue.
Worst dealer ever! I shouldn’t have took my vehicle to this dealer for warranty service! They never call you unless you call them and even if you call them they do not answer!
Not worth rating service that I receive from this dealer. If there is negative rating number, they will definitely won -10 for sure.
I will try other Jeep dealers next time but what do I expect from Jeep anyways.so sad.
Unlike all the other car sales guys, Ammar Nakami made buying a car easy! Totally professional, not pushy and just a nice guy to deal with. Was a great change of pace.
My service advisor Jose made my last visit quick and painless. I was in and out without a problem. Very happy customer!
Had a great experience, came in for service and replacement for my keyfob, didnt take long, tech John prosk took his time and did everything perfectly, extremely professional you dont see that with many techs. I will be going back in the future for service for my Chrysler 300c I wont trust no one else with it.

Great experience buying a used Grand Cherokee with the help of Kimit, JT, and Steve – would recommend.
These guys are great! I had a parts issue. I walked in to the dealership Sales Manager Brown & Martinz & Ashley took excellent care of me and took immediate care of my issue
Always helpful. Bought a new soft top for my daughters Jeep and they made the experience super smooth.
