I love it here!
Management is very friendly and maintenance is great, they get back to us really fast and fix any problem same - following day. The environment is beautiful and I see a lot of families here
The apartment we have is spacious and I love our double closets

The management here is absolutely amazing. From the second we walked into the leasing office we felt welcomed. Thanks to Rusty! He gave us a fantastic tour, answered tons of questions & showed different units because I had no idea what I wanted but Rusty was super helpful! My husband and I got approved for our very first apartment and every step of the way management has been amazing walking us first timers through each step. Each time we walk into the leasing office we are greeted with smiles and management ready to assist. I am so proud to be a resident with staff who genuinely cares.

Today was the first day of our first apartment search! Glad we started at the Scottmen’s apartments first today. Made it easier to single out other apartments that were next on the list. The amenities alone, will have anyone wanting to fill out an application after seeing what is offered. Thanks to Rusty”, hospitality and showing us around on such a hot day! Hopefully we can call this place home soon! Thanks

5 star experience so far. Rusty and the office went above and beyond to help us when we came to them with some unconventional needs throughout the approval process. We had a few minor maintenance needs within the week of moving in and both times maintenance came within a few hours and we're very quick and professional. Will update this review if anything changes.

We've been in the market for an apartment for a while, one day I was driving by and seen an apartment complex that was green and had nice big trees outside for shade, the grounds looked well maintained. When I got home I did some research on the place, and called to schedule a tour. Rusty took us on a tour of the grounds and of a few potential apartments, he answered all our questions and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was very professional and also quick to respond with to any emails and calls. Gym is nice, place is quite, very clean.

Kim's behavior as an employee in the office is unacceptable. It is evident that she does not care about the residents and their safety.

As a resident, I voiced my concern about an issue that compromised my child's safety, and she not only dismissed the complaint but also argued with me about her personal beliefs in mine and my child’s safety, which is highly unprofessional.

Kim has shown a complete disregard for my concerns, failing to take any appropriate action or provide any sort of resolution for the problem. In fact, she has ignored me four separate times, which is unacceptable.

When I asked to speak to upper management, Kim was unhelpful and dismissive, even going as far as to start arguing with me and questioning why I even moved there in the first place! This behavior is inappropriate for someone in her position. A position meant to help people.

Eventually I spoke to DJ and in contrast, DJ demonstrated exceptional customer service skills, taking my complaint seriously and providing a clear plan of action to address the problem. Kim's rude, condescending, disrespectful, and combative behavior during the phone call only served to exacerbate the situation, achieving nothing but wasting my time and getting me even more angry and frustrated, while DJ was able to resolve the issue in under two minutes. It is clear that Kim is not suited for her position and is a liability to the company.
