Really really love this place! The new management is great and have been really responsive and attentive. Maintenance usually comes within 24 hours and the people who live here seem great! Def would recommend.

My experience with this place has been positive based on the management team Da'ante and Adetoun and the maintenance manager Ryan. The leasing process was very smooth and they answered any questions or concerns I had. My apartment itself is very nice and renovated and the pool and gym areas are definitely a plus. (They're reopened at limited capacity) Also, whenever I have any maintenance issues, the maintenance manager ryan is quick to respond to them.

After seeing your response to this review, I actually sent an email expressing my concerns. Unfortunately, I have not received a reply to my email. This place feels less and less like home by the day. Definitely not a safe or reliable building.

Andrea Ciliberti made my experience a TERRIBLE one. I am Mexican and she made it known that she does not like people of color.
I came to visit a friend and I was looking around the apartment place to see if maybe I wanted to move in too, she stated I was trying to steal things because “Mexicans are known for stealing. ”
I hope she never gets a job at places that require you to be a genuinely good human being. I hope you guys have fired her.

Andrea made me feel so uncomfortable when I came to visit a friend, she harassed us for no reason on assuming its because I'm black & from the looks from the rest of the reviews i guess that was the case. I dont see how people could actually move here she's rude to tenants and talks to them like trash!

Please ignore these bad reviews they came from an influencer having a bad experience with a manager who is no longer here. My move in was simple and everyone was very nice and accommodating for my high maintenance self. The complex is intimate and the pool is never busy. The place has hand sanitizer stations everywhere and covid rules are followed to a T. I avoided this place for a long time because of reviews and am truly beyond impressed from all the other places in Hollywood. This was a great choice and my place is double the size and cheaper than my last hollywood complex. The staff and John in the office have quickly become a great resource and I feel very safe here. I highly recommend living here, they have been leasing left and right so I’m not sure how many open apartments there could be at this point but I’m very happy. If you are looking for a break from the hollywood insanity this is your best bet.

Everything going on this weekend has made me think about when I came here to visit my friend. The property manager Andrea made our life miserable. She came so close to my friend's face about our choice of music around 3pm. We feared for our life but of course other tenants can't tell her anything because then she will retaliate against them. My friend moved out because Andrea kept threatening her. It was a shame. If you are not an affluent white person that looks or reminds her of herself steer clear from this place. If your friends say they live here, do not go to visit them.

Don’t even bother manger is condescending and rude. She harasses tenants and makes up lies to try and get them evicted. Andrea is the worst and honestly brings down the value of these apartments.

They need someone else to run such a great property. Andrea is a manipulative landlord and not to be trusted.

If you are a a minority DO NOT rent at this apartment building. Pay attention to the red flags given from office staff. You WILL have an issue with the community director Andrea. Andrea will make living at The Verse a horrible experience.

I've never dealt with someone so rude in my life. The Lady who runs the office can't be bothered to remember her name completely changed my mind about renting from here. How she has that job is beyond me.
