3 Very rude people. I am not in the pool industry but had questions on how to open an account etc. They were rude, hung up on me once and the second time they just said they could not even talk to me.
They may be rolling in business etc.but last time I checked a business should still have a concept of the meaning of the word Courteous, helpful and all else. I will be following up with the corporate offices and see what the owner has to say.stay tuned
What would I do without SCP? They rule! They always have what I need at great prices. Make sure you become a customer before you need their parts, because they are wholesale.
This is my job. I have worked at this company for 18 years. Wholesale only, we don’t sell to the general public. But good company to work for.
