DON'T CALL THIS PLACE! IGNORANCE PREVAILS WITH THIS STAFF. THEY CAN'T ANSWER SIMPLE QUESTIONS.

This company is a complete joke! Don’t rent from them ever! I rented table and chairs for a simple event.

The showed up 2 hours late, no apology, nothing! I had to call and track them down to show up. Our guests had to set up all the tables and chairs, no help at all.

When I spoke to ask about any compensation there was complete refusal and only offered $50 off the total cost which isn’t even 1 hour of the fee.

How can you charge per hour, show up 2 hours late and still expect to pay the full amount? If you contract for a certain number of hours and don’t fulfill your contract there should be a compensation for the lost time.

I’d give zero stars if possible! Absolute nightmare of a company!

I was recommended this company by a friend and initially thought they were easy to work with. But the day of our event they showed up very late, and had very poor communication. Our event was already started and our guests and to help set up. We were still asked to pay the full amount even though they were almost 2 hours late. When asked for a discount the owner became verbally aggressive and told us if we didn’t pay that they would take back all the rentals immediately! We were offered no apology and eventually given a small discount. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

SD Jumpers I believe has the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Equipment description was accurate and in great working condition with no hiccups. When contacted, their answers were clear and detailed enough for us to make decisions quickly, minimizing the end to end time to process in the decision making among a number of different service providers.
Their customer service comunican was excellent, not only did they understood our last minute request but were willing to help and alíviate our headaches, further more they did communicate back as stated in a very cordial and respectable way.
I would definitely recommend them and their services for your future social gatherings/parties.
