Took into consideration all the ideas we presented and made it a reality for my son. I was impressed how the programming went smooth and stress free yes stress free. My Daughter recently got married, she was a nervous wreck thinking that it will be overwelming orchestrating her own wedding, I gave her Adrianas contact Info, and the rest is History, Adriana walked my daughter thru the process, handled all the vendors times etc, made sure everything flowed flawlessly, event packed up all her gifts in our car in the rain for us, its the small details that make the big difference! If you're looking for a Coordinator, don't hesitate to book Adriana, she will take care of you from start to finish, dont stress, let her handle it for you, you'll be glad you did!

I'm only giving them 1 star because that 1 star is for Adriana. The decor was beautiful. Hugo is unprofessional and disrespectful. It was a rainy day at my daughter's 15 but this man got alot of my invites wet as he was pulling down the drapes of the canopies without apologizing. Anyways, the party limo was late.really late. Hugo didn't gave him the new address, he told me he was going to refund me the late time but as of today I'm still waiting. When we interviewed for the cake tasting I told them I didn't want the cake to be thrown away. I wanted to keep it and he threw the remaining of the cake. Also the we had a zanquero/clown I paid and I have text messages about it. I paid for certain time and he only gave me 30 min.of service. I communicated all these after the event was over, days/week and he made an statement he would pay me back the remaining and again I'm still waiting.
This guy could have the best company on wedding and 15s planning with a talented wife but he lies and he doesn't care about customers. He doesn't even care about this review. I got my video and pictures months months later. On conclusion if I could go back I wouldn't hire them. I believe in karma and one day these people are going to meet someone that can actually take them to court for this. Adriana has a good attitude and is very smart but if she continues making business with her husband she will get more reviews like this. I was waiting for them to pay me back before this review but didn't happened.

**not false accusations, and no legal dep was involved**

I, as well as a great majority of the guests attending my nieces quince, got food poisoning from the food this company served. This is all still under investigation. It was apparent that none of the serving staff possesed a food handlers card: no gloves, no hairnets, there were no sterno heating devices under food trays to keep food at safe temperatures, so food was at room temperature.a breeding ground for bacteria. Most of us spent the next couole of days recovering. Please think twice before using this company. There are many other more reputable services out there.

What was said above was the total truth; every person that was there can attest that we all got very sick. There was nothing resolved by your legal department that helped our extreme food bourne illness. Please take better measure when preparing and serving food.
