I love how easy it is to book online and that they have Saturday appointments so you don't have to miss work. I got botox with Tiffany and had a wonderful experience. She knows what she's doing and has excellent skills. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel at home and I will definitely return.

Maria is fantastic! She has done my Botox, filler and laser hair removal for awhile now and we just tried out kybella (since I gained a bit of weight with COVID) and I’m very elated with my results. She walked me through what to expect and post care.

My jaw line is sharp, my small pouch of fat under my neck is gone. I’m in love THANK YOU MARIA!

Dr. Roher is the best! I went just to get Botox and fillers and he gave me the best results and no only did he do that but he also did some nose job on me with fillers and I could not be more happier! Thank you you are the best!

I love this office! They have done my botox for years now & it’s the only place I’ll go. I have also done my lips there and I’m in love! Dr. Roher even used a dental block for me because I’m such a baby when it comes to pain. Do the cool sculpting with Christina. I did two treatments on my stomach fat and I am NOT disappointed. Best place to go for any cosmetic procedures in San Diego.

1) Today I had an appointment with Dr. Roher for the horrible bags under my forever aging eyes:/ It's a procedure I have done before with him and once again happy with the results. The whole procedure was very quick and took about 15-20 mins.

After the procedure I started to share with Dr. Roher that I was unhappy with the bump on my nose but am extremely hesitant to get surgery done. He explained to me he can use filler to smooth out the bump I had. I gave him the green light and we did it right then! He used a filler called Voluma which last about 2 years. I paid $900 for my nose which was something I could afford. The total time took about 40 mins for both procedures.

I am so happy with my new nose! The bump was something I have always been self conscious about and now I feel so much better! Thank you!

I will start off by saying I will never go anywhere else! I went to see Dr. Shawn Vedamani for vollure filler in my lips and botox around my forehead and eyes. This was my second time getting my lips done (first time was elsewhere), and first experience with botox. Dr. Vedmani by far exceeded my first experience in both his customer service and his work! He asked me exactly what results I wanted to see, took his time to explain each step and expectation, and gave his own advice which I appreciated. Not to mention, my lips look 1000% more natural and even than when I had them done a few years ago. Process was painless and I feel as if I have found a provider I can entirely trust. Thank you!

I had the most positive experience with Nurse Patty. She is such a doll! She is very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I initially went in for a consultation for lip fillers but I got sold. She and I both shared the same ideas on where I needed volume in my lips. There was no pressure and she did a superb job on my lips and I love them soo much! She made me feel very comfortable and if I had any concerns she was very prompt in answering my questions. Highly recommended! A+

Great customer service. They overcharged me and called me to refund the difference. I would have never noticed. Integrity likr this is hard to come by nowadays. And the results are always good too

So this is for the employee kaylyn. I came here to get botox, and coolsculpting. My mother and I have both referred many many clients to this office. I got a laser treatment done not too long ago, which I was extremely displeased with. I paid to get a IPL laser treatment. Because two employees said it would work perfectly for me. When I went to get my treatment, the girl said it would get rid of all of my freckles on my face. Which no one told me before. So she suggested another laser, which did absolutely nothing but make my pores look huge.

But when I was getting treatment for coolsculpting here, kaylyn said she was a personal trainer and could help me look my best. I was very excited. She said she would do it just as a favor at first, then when I said I was ready to start working out with her it would be 60 bucks a session! I was shocked. She wanted me to do 2-3 times a week. I told her there is no way I could afford that. So she said 30 bucks a session. Fine. I agreed because she said it would help me look my best after coolsculpting at her office. I paid her in advance 150$ and only really went to two sessions. 1 session my legs were so sore so I didnt even last ten minutes, to which she stayed and worked out and I went home. This was about 2 months ago now, and I contacted her today asking for my 60 bucks back (I wasnt about to ask for an additional 30 because I did show up, making her take her time to come to the gym just couldn't work out) she then comes at me with all of this nonsense about how the classes are nonrefundable. I signed no contract with her. She was supposed to be doing this to help my coolsculpting, and help her become a trainer here in San Diego.

Basically I think this place is a ripoff and the staff members are extremely unfaithful, and will start offering you other services that the business doesnt even provide.

Stay away. This is not how a business should be run.

Very friendly staff, lots of parking and. A great doctor. What else do would you need? Centrally located in Hillcrest area. Clean wait8ngbarea. Make that spotless. Worth the visit. Not that I ne did any of his services.well maybe just a little!

Every time I visit, I get it within 10 minutes of my appointment and parking is validated so i don't have to worry about finding patking in Hillcrest. Everything is set up and ready to go and I am in and out within 15-20 minutes. Each doctor/practitioner I have had has always listened to my wants and given their advice. I have only had great experiences at SD Botox!

I went in looking for minor enhancements and they were so helpful as to how much Botox to get and where to get it. They were also great at answering any questions had afterwards. Booking an appointment is super fast &easy. The office is clean and staff are all very nice! Great experience.

I highly recommend this place and definitely will be long time customer:) I had my very first appointment last Tuesday with Alex for free consultation and I was really scared to try botox but got wedding in 3 months so figured is time to do something about my forehead wrinkles! Alex explained step by step everything and made me very comfortable so yes I went for it! He made as well very good advice to lift my brow arches which totally made my eyes look so much younger! I love the results and very happy with a service and friendly environment! Thank you for a wonderful first experience Alex!

Zero stars. Don’t go here unless you like awful customer service from that man with dark hair that works at the Hillcrest location on Wednesday April 25th 2018 at 2: 00pm-3: 00pm. You should go here if you want a bait and switch appointment. Also if you want your practitioner to be late, you should go here.

Made and showed up 15 minutes early to my 3: 00pm appointment at the hillcrest location. I have a confirmation email stating Wednesday April25th at 3: 00pm at Hillcrest. Along with another email stating “with Alex Roher”. Along with a text confirming “3: 00pm with Alex Roher”.

When I arrived, and mentioned that I need to check in for my appointment at 3: 00pm. The confused man replied with “. Oooh k. With who? ” To which I responded; “Alex Roher. “

This man asked if I was supposed to be at the pacific beach location since Alex Roher does not come in on Wednesday’s. I said, “well I made my appointment over the phone and specifically said Hillcrest”. (looking at my time and wondering, in an emergency fashion, if I could make to to the Pacific Beach location in time) I asked, “ how far is the pacific beach location from here? ” The man laughed and sarcastically respond, “ haha in Pacific Beach? I don’t know! ”

(So you allow someone to work for your company and they don’t know their second location to give to your customers?)

He then looked and said let me call the girl at the other location.
While he did this I verified that my emails stated 3: 00 pm at Hillcrest with Alex Roher.

The news he discovered on the phone was that the practitioner was on their way to the Hillcrest location now for my appointment. (Why weren’t they there already preparing? It was now 10 minuted until my appointment) I said oh, is it Alex Roher? He said no it’s a nurse practitioner.

I said ok what is her name?

He said, “oh you know, she just told me and I forgot. ”

I said, “so the woman isnt here yet for my appointment and it’s not going to be Alex Roher. ”

He said no. To which I responded, “Then you can cancel my appointment”. He said “oh, we don’t do that. You can go ahead and cancel it. ” And so I left with complete disappointment and a waste of time. (So I’m supposed to be “OK” with a “I forgot her name” practitioner that’s not even at the office at my appointment time? What is she finishing her drink at the bar next door? You seriously think I’m supposed to trust someone like that to do cosmetic work on my face. You can’t even see the clock to be there on time how can you see to do a precise procedure? At a company like that that doesn’t even have its scheduling system down?)

That “man” received my verbal cancellation along with a horrible reputation. As if I would make an additional effort to call your company again to do you a favor and cancel. Great group of lazy receptionists you have working there.

Dr. Roher is the best! I have had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Roher's over the past few years for botox and fillers. The front desk staff are always friendly and attentive. Dr. Roher has always listened to me and has helped me achieve a youthful and natural appearance. If you want the royal treatment, go see Dr. Roher at SD Botox!

SD Botox really met my expectations, results and service! I am new to the area but have been getting Botox and fillers for a while but needed a new go-to place. SD Botox made my entire process simple and efficient. I booked my appointment over the phone with the office manager, who answered all of my questions. She was attentive and patient, as I tend to ask lots of questions before making the decision to book. She also gave me several appointment options to accommodate my schedule. An added convenience of SD Botox is there complimentary parking! It’s frustrating to try and find street parking in Hillcrest when you want to be on time for appointments.
My check in process was quick and easy and I was seen almost right away! I was seen for Botox to reduce my jawline. Dr. Rohr made me feel confident in my treatment and his expert advice of unit amount. It’s been about 2 weeks and I’m really happy with my results. I found my new Botox place, there’s no need to go anywhere else! They really care about satisfying their patients.

Dr Roher was extremely friendly and thorough, without pushing any particular amount. I've been to many doctors for this treatment and by far, he was the most friendly, easy going and thorough.

Needed a new place just for my Botox and Fillers, ended up being the perfect place and super nice staff that seem to put up with many cranky in a hurry patients. Fortunately, I am neither in a hurry or cranky, just enjoying life doing whatever I want so I able to enjoy the full on great experience of this practice.
