A client's check returned NSF resulted in a negative balance, without any warning, SDCCU suspended my bank account, disabled online banking access, ATM card. They called and I immediately made deposit with teller at the Carmel Mtn branch and asked her to unlocked my online access. The teller said I have to call the Online Security line. She went to ask her manager twice, plenty of chance to tell about the suspension, but nothing said. The manager just sit in her office hiding from confronting a upset customer. I called Online Security and the CRS said I have to go to the bank in-person and that I need to have activity on the account. What do you call an in-person deposit made? Went in the branch again and they run my credit, re-establish the account. Went home and still unable to access online or ATM. Went back to branch the third time, got my online access and ATM card to work. Made checks deposit, but they won't release the fund for 5 biz days even though it clear my client's bank. Small bank, under train staff, ping-pong customer around, and unprofessional manager. I have my accounts, my mom's and one friend close their accounts. They don't value their customers.
