11WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ANY BANK I’VE EVER BEEN TO. EXPECT TO WAIT IN LINE FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES AND THATS IF ONLY 2-3 PEOPLE ARE IN LINE. I WENT THIS MORNING AND THE LINE DIDN’T EVEN MOVE. DECIDED TO JUST WALK OUT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND SWITCHING TO SFCCU!
I so sick and tried of the fact I can’t call the Eastlake Branch directly. I have to endure over 20 minutes on hold just to be connected to my Branch.
Sdccu is the best bank ever their very friendly and very helpful took care of a problem of mine very quickly I am very pleased with the service from sdccu thanks guys your the best!
I worked security at this branch and I feel the pain of the customers. I have navy federal but this branch is by far the worst branch I’ve ever worked at. Very poor customer service especially from the banker Karla. They don’t acknowledge you when your in need of help. They take breaks come back from break and then 15 minutes later go lunch. Literally the worst experience I’ve had working at a bank. Do not come to this bank you will be highly disappointed.

This "dream team" is collectively horrible at returning calls and emails in a timely manner. They are terrible at explaining specific steps of the home buying process in an understandable way for the novice. We worked hard to do our due diligence and not make such a huge purchase without a full understanding of all the intricacies, and they all seemed put off by this.which also makes them not trustworthy!
We did not get the rate or the deal we wanted. Instead of feeling well informed, we felt screwed over at every step of this process. A most notable fault of the dream team is the number of names listed.they kept changing our loan officer, and each time they did the new one went out on emergency leave! It was ridiculous!
They could not even set up an encrypted password to sent us messages (that did not need encrypting) effectively. They constantly said we needed documents we had already sent them. It was like trying to teach a teenager what you need to know, and what you need them to do.
They did not understand some basic documents they asked us for, like a home insurance policy, asking for it to be rewritten in ways that even the insurance company said was never done. My realtor and escrow officer both agreed they have never had such a hard time working with a lender, and they work with hundreds of different lenders!
DO NOT GO WITH SDCCU FOR HOME LENDING!

I made a error creating my account online, Lady fixed it set me up and handed me a debit card, great service
I love this SDCCU branch. The tellers are incredibly friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. They make conversation while they're doing business with me. I never have a long wait. It's a 5-minute drive from my house and is surrounded by places to eat and shop.
There are SDCCU customers that have had bad experiences, but so do customers of other banks. I've had way more positive experiences with SDCCU than negative, and that's why I stick with them.
This used to be my family neighborhood bank. Sadly, I have watched the demise of this branch. The customer service is cold and sometimes rude. 20 years later, and all our accounts and $ will be removed. Customer service should be top notch no matter where the branch. If I want to be treated poorly, I will go to. I have no idea. This place is the worse ever.
