Compared to BofA.stellar. Because they are a Credit Union, they don't have all services, and annoying rules, but I have not had problems with charges, and the customer service is grand.

There's no way to can you can call them. It takes you to an automated nightmare.

Agents in the office at Hillcrest are A+ with their customer service, but the bank itself has confusing rules, and it continually charges various incidental fees that appear regularly or from time to time on your statements. BTW: Daughter has been waiting over 3 weeks for a new credit card after hers "fell apart. "
