Usually I have no issues with this branch. Today customer service from Suzy at the front desk was disrespectful, full of attitude and sarcasm. Worst customer service.

Pray you have good sight if you ever have to enter the bank they'll ask you to take off your glasses in walk around their bank it's scary I never take off my glasses

Celeste Lopez has been the most helpful representative. She has the brightest smile and answered all of my questions. Excellent customer service skill! Thank you for what you do. I am eventually planning to make this bank my primary bank.
