Sea Pal Cove, Fort Bragg CA

The clam chowder featured huge clams but was tastless. Needed more seasoning. The fish and chips were very good!

The fish and chips were the best fish that I’ve ever had. Great flavor, and the perfect amount of batter and crispness. I also loved being able to eat looking over the cove and seeing seals swimming around. Will definitely be coming back next time I’m around!

We went to Noyo’s Fish Co and Sea Pal Cove. I’d come back to Sea Pal Cove for their BBQ Burger and clam chowder. Both were delicious and I’d say the clam chowder was better here than at Noyo’s. The clams were huge! What I didn’t like, and it didn’t have much to do with the chowder, was that they didn’t give you pieces of toasted bread like at Noyo’s; you’d have to order the bread bowl if you want bread with your chowder.

The prawns a chips were not as good and not as crispy. They were just meh. Definitely better at Noyo’s

Also they don’t do any combos or substitutions.

Good service, but the fish and chips were not as good as before. The fish tasted differently, maybe a different oil?

I took the long way back from Medford to eat at the Sea Pal Cove Restaurant, and pay a visit to my ol pal Wetterman Drenchwater and see how the fishing has been. Wetterman tells me the fishing industry is on its last leg, and he's selling his boats, all but one and he puts the blame squarely on the back of the useless Governor and his piddlyass excuse of a DFW. But on the bright side of things, the lunch at the Sea Pal Cove Restaurant was spectacular! 5 stars

Pretty much just a shack with tables but food was amazing and very fresh so far my favorite place to eat in fort bragg

Best fish and chips I have ever had! Prompt friendly service, and got our order in a timely fashion on a busy weekend. Lots of seating options and a restroom if needed, parking is hard to find but manageable

The fish and chips was really expensive with no flavor but the deep fried cheesecake was good. The service was nice. Very friendly. The atmosphere was ok. It is beautiful fort Bragg but the area had lots of algae and sad looking boats.

One of my favorites! Usually a must stop for a fried snickers on the way out of town! Love when the fire is going, makes it feel like a fun camp fire!

Lovely place with a very rustic and quaint atmosphere. The food was freshly made and delicious.

Fun overall. Staff was engaging, atmosphere just what you want if you like semi secluded and unique landscape. Blackbirds, gulls and sea lions come to have you entertain them with your left over bread bowl. Chowder was great and fish and chips are worth the trip. Right on an inlet. Great views.

Got a clam chowder bread bowl, fish n chips, and the bbq bacon burger w grilled onions! Not a fish person but my boyfriend convinced me and it was all SO SO GOOD! Absolutely devoured all of it haha. Saw some seals from the eating area as well!

This place is really good. Shrimp and chip is a way to go. Their burgers are yummy as well!

I think I ate the best prawns of my life, really good. There is also an excellent selection of beers that will satisfy any enthusiast. To complete the location on the quay of the very picturesque port. 5 stars out of 5 really deserved.

Best Fish and Chips in Fort Bragg. Crunchy batter, tender flavorful fish, Crispy fries, generous portions. Outdoor eating, dress in layers, it can be cool & breezy. Fire pit available. Friendly staff.
