Management is horrible! Really has deteriorated since the Manager Hunter left in 2022. Moved out in March 1,2023 (returned keys) and its July 2023 and still haven't receive my monies or a closing statement. I've sent emails, left vm's and even contacted FCI Management in Folsom (19 attempts) No one is in charge. You get what you pay for at $1660 a month. DON'T DO IT! BEWARE!
