We just moved into a new home in our community with a list of repairs that fall under the hoa. The sellers sent them an email before we moved in and we followed up numerous times after and they don't respond. On top of that, we just got a notice that our hoa fee is increasing from 397 to 430 with no explanation of this increase. Ridiculous!

Seabreeze mgm is the worst company. We sent multiple emails but nobodies answer us, even the VP, Director, we paid our payment, and our bank confirmed that they sent to the account, but seabreeze claims that they don't received it and they even charged us a late fee. We dont know where our money is.

The 5 star reviews on here must be fake. Every single person I have talked to HATES Seabreeze. This is by far the WORST HOA management company I have ever experienced.

Our community representative, Kyle Wolack, also happens to be the Vice President of the company, so that shows you how great of a company this is if even the VICE PRESIDENT can't effectively manage a community.

Our community is disgusting. There is trash everywhere in the landscaping and gutters, leaking sprinklers, overflowing trash cans, overgrown plants to the point you can't even walk on the sidewalk. Many members of our community have reached out to Seabreeze multiple times to get these issues resolved and they continue to ignore us or say that isn't their responsibility. We have zero amenities in our community and pay over $220 a month. For what? Just to line the pockets of Seabreeze, because that is clearly the only thing the money is going to.

I personally have emailed 3 times and called twice in the last 3 weeks to find out when the next Board Meeting is and have not yet gotten an answer. All I know is that it is at the end of this month. But they won't give specifics on when or where because they don't want anyone to join.

HOAs stay far, far away from this management company. At this point, our community is considering getting a lawyer involved to remove this management company because they are the worst.

We pay over $200 per month for this HOA, and all they did is hire gardening once for two hrs after you moved in almost an year. If you ask HOA where did they spend your money, they just ignore your message. Falling leaves everywhere, irrigation are exposed, falling flowers stained on the sidewalk, construction workers left food sometime. No one clean it! Zero response from them. Worst HOA ever. Be aware with this HOA team.

I owned my condo for 2 years and Seabreeze raised the HOA from $335 to $475. It seems odd and the property is not being cleaned up or maintained. We have a cockroach issue through-out New Chase and broken pipes. Some of my neighbors reported cockroaches at the swimming pool.very unhealthy living.

If you want an HOA that doesn’t care about anything, unresponsive, doesn’t take responsibility or accountability, this is your HOA to go with.

If you want competent professionals who have a minimum bar of communication skills, THIS IS NOT THE HOA FOR YOU.

I’m so sick of this HOA. I literally can’t get any email replies or phone responses from them. They literally don’t fo their job idk how they’re still in business.

Complete joke of an HOA and I can’t wait until we get a new HOA

My HOA Management group was switched over to Seabreeze Management a little over a month ago. So far it has resulted in numerous calls, hold times, and being disconnected on when being "transferred". I am starting to believe when they say they are going to transfer you, that they actually just hang-up on you because the call volume is so high, it will take you another 2-3 hours to be able to speak with an agent.

My auto payment for my old HOA Management company was still on automatic payments. I have had two payments automatically taken out. After multiple calls & emails with the billing/accounts director I still have unanswered and unresolved issues. They can't even confirm that the funds taken can be applied to my account. So where is this money going? No one seems to know. I was informed that instead of re-setting up auto payments with Seabreeze so we can let the "dust" settle for 3 months that I should mail in a check for my monthly HOA payment. So I did, to now have a check cashed & two auto payments sitting in space somewhere and none of these payments can be confirmed on my account.

I have had such a terrible first impression of Seabreeze Management group. If your HOA company switches managements groups and it's Seabreeze, run for the hills. Because this will be such a nightmare and extra stress added to your life. I cant express how much time, energy, effort has been wasted on just trying to get an answer to where my money is.

This company administers the HOA association in my community. I have been trying to get a hold of Karina, who (supposedly) handles my community, to obtain approval on a backyard patio cover. I have emailed several times and left messages with reception over the past several weeks (she is conveniently in a meeting every time I call), trying to figure out what I need to do, and the next steps, but have yet to receive an email or callback from her. After reading other reviews, it sounds like my experience, unfortunately, is par for the course. I'm astonished this company is still in business.

Inconsistent at best, they are in charge of our HOA and since I have seen signs on most of my neighbor's gates and doors, I decided to hang a 3"x 5" sized flag on the gate and door. I received a notice and that explained we are only allowed to hang realty signs. Two months later my neighbors still have signs hanging on their gates that violate this policy. I called them and they blew smoke up my backdoor by saying they probably cited the neighbors also. Still weeks later when I go out front of our condo, I still see signs on my neighbors' gates and doors. YES, I LIVE IN AN HOA MANAGED BY SEABREEZE! They send notices marked "Current Resident" and I almost throw them away each time. Also, It has been a few months and my neighbors still have signs on their gate they are not supposed to have.

Awful experience with this company from The Club HOA in Claremont. Terrible communication, poor amenities for an inflated monthly cost. Stay away if you have the option.

We pay $565 for association fee to this company, and yet they cannot maintain a simple Jacuzzi or perform any necessary repairs to our complex balcony or common areas.

Google is so lenient for not offering negative stars. This company took over the HOA association of my community last year and gives abysmally worse service than we received before at a much higher price. Our community is featured by one main and two small swimming pools and the main pool has a bathroom for warm showers. It was maintained very well until this company took over last year. Last December, without consent of residents, they removed the shower head in the bathroom, taking the drought as an excuse, it’s so disgusting. I can’t imagine removing the shower head can solve the drought problem other than any other measures. It only saves the company money but causes residents a lot of inconvenience. They claims it’s a committee’s decision but they only let people who are in favor of them to be the committee. In my opinion, a conflict of interest should be released for anyone to run the decision making position. Now the drought is over for 2 months and they run out of excuse, but they are still delaying installing the showerheads back. It’s ridiculous they said the increase of price is also a committee’s decision. Who would agree to pay nothing or bad service with more money than a better service out there? They are only trying to charge you more money for you to gain nothing. They don’t care about residents, and you want to stay away from this company as much as you can.

My property manager Lina continually neglects her duties of following up, getting projects finished, and informing owners what it happening on projects. She lies, has excuses, as if told dozens of times to be proactive to let the customer know and give a timeline. She never does, and then when I try to follow up, she never responds! If I did this this many times in my job, I would be fired in a minute!

I've been paying HOA through their website for the past three years. Their system is one of the most unorganized and confusing ones to use. The amount of HOA never seems to match in their paper bills and online bills. I also have been using automatic payment system which I never cancelled but they didn't take out monthly HOA regardless of the auto payment setup and charged me late fees twice in a row. Tried to connect to someone who can help by calling because I wanted to explain in person and have the problems be solved at the spot, but they only reply to the emails.

After many months of no stove, hot water, refrigerator or furnace we are all moving out. Seabreeze obviously does not care about their tennants and our only recourse is to hire an attorney to sue them for damages or just leave. How can people treat others like this!?

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Unresponsive, inept and unhelpful. Why anybody would use them is beyond me.
