Seacrest Apartment Homes, San Clemente CA

High rental fees cause cheap recenly renovations, good parking lot with ugly containers all over, low maintanance in pools, club house rental fees of aprox $300 that shouldnt be cause you all ready paid for, with a ridiculos high monthly rental prices increased by 300% in the last 10 years.
I wouldnt rent here.

The complex is clean and safe. Amenities are great. I love the view of the coast from the gym, especially while running on the treadmill. Location is nice. Lots of trails in the area. Staff is great. Apartment units are modern. Parking is easy. It's dog friendly. We're very happy living here

Sea rest has been a great place for my partner and I. Love the location and the on-site team. Caitlin the new manager has been super friendly and helpful. The maintenance are quick to fix things. Love the sunsets and views are great and the outdoor amenity spaces are so fun and relaxing!

Have been here for a few months now and have all great things to say. The office and maintenance staff are friendly, professional and quick to respond. Love the location. Neighbors have been friendly. Haven lived in many apts and so far this one has proven to be one of my favorites.

The property is perched up on the rolling hill of rancho San clemente. It has great views.

The leasing office is very rude, unprofessional. And their business ethics are that of renting in downtown LA old shady building. We left early for our peace and sanity. They wanted us to pay our January and February rent twice when my bank account was hacked. They didn’t care. They didn’t offer a payment plan and threatened us with eviction. Greystar is valued at 59million dollars. Big business renting. Watch your back.

The Seacrest Apartments complex is an excellent place to call home. The apartments are well-maintained and modern, with stylish finishes and plenty of natural light. The community amenities are top-notch, including a beautiful pool and spa area, a fitness center, and a clubhouse that's perfect for hosting events.

The staff at the Seacrest Apartments are incredibly friendly and helpful. From the moment I first visited the complex, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The management team is always responsive to any questions or concerns, and the maintenance staff does a great job of keeping everything in tip-top shape.

Living at Seacrest apartments has been extremely peaceful and quiet. It’s great and the design of the apartments is very nice with up to date utilities.
