Seafood City Supermarket reviews
18 #1 source for pulutan
Jollibee, red ribbon, vallerios and grill city all inside seafood city
Good place to buy non perishable food. Two stars due to the special meats. Special meats have often been packed many days to a week earlier and are not fresh.
First time there. Interesting Phillipino store. Lots of selection. Huge fresh fish counter.
Rude employees. One employee (an old man) told me explicitly to put the chairs up on the table- he told me rudely, three times…he told me to DO his job for him! I was just sitting down minding my own business.
He needs to be let go!
We have been a patron of this store for a year, CONSISTENTLY. And this is how rude they are to their customers, who gets their wages from us. We are not civilians, FYI.
It was 8: 55 pm, yet they say they have a happy hour from 8 pm till 9 pm. Store isn’t closed, old man.
Great place for Filipino specialties and groceries. Great prices too! Jollibee spicy fried chicken always seals the deal.
I love this store everyone so friendly, kind and willing to help. My family's best it the BBQ grill chicken or Pirk and the Mamon Bread delicious. I also purchase my fresh seafood here highly recommend.
Very rude staff especially the lady on the counter of fish cleaning. She is being nice only to the people of her ethnicity, won’t visit this place again
Clean supermarket with a Jollibee, Grill City, Red Robin, and Valerios bakery. They gotta work on having more checkout clerks. There's a line filling up the product aisles and the 2 available checkers either: don't glance over, are aware but don't bother to call management for assistance, or have called for assistance but managers are lagging. This is at 9 am on a Wednesday. Yikes. Customers want to voice their opinions but there's no one around to voice it to. Nothing we can do but look at each other, shake our head, and deal with it. They do carry plenty of snacks and hard to find ingredients from PI. Be prepared to pay a premium at all establishments. I still can't pull the trigger on my favorite, an 11 dollar half gallon of Ube ice cream
I purchased seafood from the store and the mussels, clams, and ocean perch were all bad. I called the store and let them know but they refused to credit me back for this. I would NOT buy any seafood from this merchant as it is not safe and the customer service we received was simply awful!
This is the most english-speaker friendly Phillipino market Ive been to. The fish selection in back is excellent. The grilled food at the front is super tasty, and very fragrant.
The place is very organized and has a lot of Filipino goodies. Worth every trip knowing that I will satisfy myself with my cravings for Filipino foods. They also have more choices of Asian foods that are worth trying. The staffs are nice as well and very accommodating.
Worst place to get fish, The person behind the counter took 1 hour and 35 mins just to clean 14 whole tilapias not fried just cleaned. Its my first and last time i go here i should of just left and not continued with the purchase.
Definitely a Filipino vibe, and a great seafood department. Pick your fresh fish, and they clean and fry the fish while you wait.for free!
Visited this store for the first time and honestly I was impressed with cleanliness.
Staff very friendly and affordable price on products.
The place is always organized and clean whenever I stop by Seafood City to satisfy my cravings (from Filipino sweet snacks from my childhood, Jollibee meals, refreshing Mogu-Mogu, etc.). The employees are attentive too. This is my #1 stop if we want to get any Filipino dish ingredients for a slightly raised price, but you usually wouldn't find anywhere else.
I went with my husband to get lunch, at the grill
Employee did not want to take our order and waited on the person behind us. I want to say that because I am white they did not want to serve me or my husband
If you are white avoid this place
Tried calling several times after 8am on Thursday, Dec. 30. No one answered the phone, so I went somewhere else. Not very good customer service.
