Sean fixed the floor in the playhouse, it had tremendous rot damage and the whole floor had to be rebuilt. He was thorough, timely and now my kids have a playhouse that is safe to use for many years. I would highly recommend Sean!
Sean was thorough, detail-oriented, friendly, extremely knowledgable, and hard-working. He wasn't afraid to undo and redo things to make sure they worked correctly (he was wall-mounting a motorized remote-control photo backdrop holder which came with less-than-clear instructions.) Would recommend and would call him again.
