The hours posted are not accurate. Found this out only after the automated system wasted 5 minutes of my time and then just hung up on me after telling me to call back during business hours (whatever those are?)

Excellent service for unexpected but urgent fridge repair (Compressor went on 4 yr old LG fridge while I was out of town and all food spoiled)

Tech was scheduled for next day service, arrived ahead of time, was very professional, tidy, and completed the repair in full Happy w results and would highly recommend Despite my disappointment w broken pricey fridge, I was thrilled to learn the parts and the repair were covered by the standard warranty As part of the warranty, LG arranged the service mentioned. Since Sears’ business has leveled down, these repairmen contract w LG now I would use this service again

We keep getting an error code on the dryer and have gone through the troubleshooting guide. A service tech has been to our house 5 times now, and we have done everything they told us to, and they have replaced the motor, but it's still happening, and worse now.

They were helpful in the beginning, but now is starting to go downhill. First they show up and wait 2 minutes before leaving, and he didn't even attempt to call me (my kids were being loud and I couldn't get to the door fast enough). Then the next time, a different tech didn't make it at all, but he did call me to let me know. Then the 3rd time he doesn't show up and doesn't call, so we leave for a trip. He ends up showing up 1.5 hours past the wait window, but since we weren't home, he says we declined the service and cancelled the request.

I just want a working dryer! We don't have time to keep waiting at home for service techs to not show up. We both work full time. This is getting ridiculous! And it's wasting energy because we have to run the dryer multiple times for each load before it will actually heat up and dry out clothes. We have 2 toddlers, for Christs sake, we don't have time for this!

If I could give negative stars I would. Sears customer service on the phone is absolutely the worst. They have no active listening skills and they have obviously never had to pay for repair on an appliance. I had called sears for my ice maker and schedule the preventative maintenance on other appliances in my kitchen. They put in a new ice maker and in the process broke my water filter. I have yet to have this fixed and when I called they gave me this appointment that is very far out. HORRIBLE and none of the customer service representative listened and never did one show any empathy. Do not spend your hard earned money here it is an absolute waste go with a local company that is actually responsive.

Sears technician provided a great service. He arrived on time and let me know in advance when he will reach my home. He understood the appliance issue and ordered all required parts and repair was done with great care.

The serviceman that came for our water heater was fantastic. Our water heater is under warranty and needs to be replaced. However, this cannot happen without the receipt for the water heater. I cannot locate the receipt. I have sent a letter and my son has phoned to see what options that we have if I cannot locate the receipt (purchased in 2014, or l5).
We have not heard from anyone. No call backs and no answer to my email.

After the final serviceman came and repaired our refrigerator I feel the need to update my previous one star review.
Dennis (the man who repaired our refrigerator) was friendly, thorough and completed his work in a professional manner. Actually the first gentleman who came out to our house to evaluate the refrigerator seemed very competent as well.
However it was an absolute nightmare over the phone trying to clear up a problem. The serviceman did not show up on the scheduled day. We spoke with various people on the phone who had no idea what was happening on this end. We continually received misinformation from individuals who spoke broken English. Received several texts that were contradicting each other and completely inaccurate. It would have been funny if it were not so frustrating. This was after extened periods of time on an automated endless loop. When we were given a new repair date we weren't even sure the person the phone knew what they were talking about.
We were without a refrigerator for 2 and 1/2 Weeks which is not the end of the world and it didn't cost as much as we were originally quoted.
Even though it worked out and we were happy with the workmanship I doubt we would go back to Sears because it was so very difficult getting answers.

Built in Microwave handle loosened and could not be tightened on Kenmore wall unit. New door had to be ordered. 6 weeks later door was replaced and falls open, creeks, unit was damaged where door hinges are and they are crooked, left without telling us and left us to dispose of door he replaced. Waiting for Manager to call back on replacement, no call yesterday when promised and no answer, had to leave voicemail in appliance department.

This was a. Great experience. Your technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely competent. My dryer now runs perfectly.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The worker came to the house did not even look at the machine, then said it would take 2 weeks for the part to come.basically took 90 dollars FOR NOTHING! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

The guy Chuck was so rude and making innopropriate remarks.and over 1.1/2 late.did nothing. I do have a little of th way I was treated on video before he seen I was recording him I'm going to post it! Also I had to cook on one burner of my brand new stove from Sears on Thanksgiving thanks this is been going on now 3 weeks and now my next appointment is 12 of dec give me a break! So a month huh ok no wonder why Sears is going out of business!
