The workers were very polite and diligent. They had my new HVAC system up and running in a day and a half as it was in the 100's. They cleaned after themselves and removed all of the old system. Very pleased.

We had our HVAC system replaced - we are so pleased with our replacement; the new system is quiet and efficient. The gentlemen that did the work were professional, efficient, paid attention to details, explained the process and answered all my questions. My experience was excellent.

Right from the beginning, they worked hard to make this work. New rules made it difficult to find an acceptable place to put the heat pump. They found a good solution. Professional at all times. Despite ongoing supply issues, they managed to dig up the equipment I wanted. Install was done cleanly and quickly. Strongly recommend!

My air conditioning system from them is only about 3 years old and has broken down THREE times since May. The warranty only covered parts, which cost next to nothing but the labor is extremely expensive. First repair “fixed” a coolant leak and filled refrigerant. $600–Month later ac not working again. They cancelled on the day of and made us wait 10 days WITH NO AC IN CALIFORNIA SUMMER. Finally someone comes and “fixes” it with a $25 part $200 labor for literally 10 min of their time. Okay, fine whatever. Fast forward a month and it’s not working again! They say they’ll come next day, cancel day of two hours into time window. Reschedule for tomorrow, same thing.cancel 2 hours into waiting during the time window. If this was an accredited business I would report to the BBB. Absolute worst service I’ve ever received in my life. Will do nothing but tell everyone I know NOT to waste their money. Faulty parts, horrific customer service, don’t care if their customers suffer or waste their time!

We did vinyl siding installation through Sears. Although the project took longer than expected (mostly ordering the materials and waiting for the actual installation), we are very satisfied with the results. Andrei was always on time, was very attentive to details and did a great job.

* Victor knew his craft and did an excellent job. Daniel assisted and cleaned up. I was very impressed considering the temps were over 90.

Other than the price, I am happy with my purchase. They were unwilling to negotiate pricing, porobably cause they subcontract, and thus they fear nit making enough money.

The company IC Heating & Air that was sent out to my home to do the AC & Furnace replacement was FANTASTIC! Very professional and friendly.told me exactly what was to do done and the time line. So Glad I went with Sears Co.
